Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The services that we were told that would be provided by going to their facility were not provided Additionally, their representatives, to include the 'head doctor' on staff that evening agreed that they were not providing the services as they had stated they would provide on the phone and that I should contact the business office for a refund Additionally, I WAS given a refund prior to leaving their facilities that evening - which they are now billing for Regards, [redacted]

Mr***s billing concerns were previously addressed by letter on 10/9/and 12/15/2017, with an additional letter 12/27/2017. Care and billing were appropriate and have been fully explained to Mr***. Account responsibilities are based on his insurance-defined deductible
