I've taken my vehicles to Webb's Transmission and Auto Repair many many times over the past twenty years Each time they seem to exceed expectations of what I need doneThis week was no exception:
I had taken my daughter's Jeep to a local paint and body some months back That paint and body failed to tighten the lug nuts on the only wheel they had removed during the Jeep's repainting
I ask Ron, the service manager at Webb's, not only to repair the damage to the wheel and hub cause by the sheared lug nuts, but to take pictures, and return all replaced parts
The experts at Webb's examined the brake linings (front and rear) during the lug bolt replacement/safety inspection and found the front brakes near failure
How do I know the brake lining repair was legitimate (other than I trust Webb's Auto Service)? Because all the replaced parts were returned and Service Manager Ron had downloaded the requested close up pictures to my email
That's the way auto repair companies need to do business!
