They would not be in the name of WebBank only They would indicate WebBank/DFS, WebBank/Fingerhut, etc Each of these entities services accounts for WebBank Were any accounts actually opened because of the identity theft? Who specifically did she call to report the inquiries as WebBank would have transferred her call to the individual servicers Has she contacted anyone in writing, if so who did she contact? Who did she send a Police Report to? WebBank is the credit issuer for a number of large national companies with several million open and active accounts Please ask Mr [redacted] to provide any additional information that would assist us in identifying the account he is referencing Information such as the name of the WebBank Strategic Partner program (i.eDell Financial Services, Prosper Marketplace, Avant, Lending Club), as well as a copy of a credit report reflecting the loan in question If Mr [redacted] believes he is the victim of Identity Theft, we will require the completion of a fraud affidavit and the filing of a Police Report Without additional information, we will be unable to assist Mr [redacted] .Best Regards,WebBank

As I mentioned in my previous email, I need to have the name of the program associated with the consumers complaint (i.e. WebBank/DFS, WebBank/Fingerhut, etc.  I am not able to have someone contact her if I don't have the name of the program about which she is complaining.  She previously mentioned "multiple inquiries" to her credit repot and  indicates all but one have been removed.  As mentioned previously, all WebBank accounts are serviced by our Strategic Partners.  If Ms. [redacted] would like to email me directly with the name of the program that would be fine as well.  My email is [redacted]@webbank.com.  I can't have someone reach out to her if I don't know what program she is referencing.
