Webb Heating & Air did not make a service call until April 10th. The system is still blowing hot air. 
1. Webb Heating and Air can not provide a original signed (by customer) work order / estimate showing 
30 day warranty. 
2.  Webb Heating & Air installed a a/c unit which is still blowing hot air. 
In conclusion it has been less than 90 days since I paid this company $700 for a a/c
unit that is blowing hot air on my tenant.

Webb Heating & Air did not respond to the previous complaint. There is not a court case filed. The only complaint is with Revdex.com. Webb Heating & Air should answer the previous complaint.

The gentleman had a 30 day warranty period the system was sold used as is we installed it on march 3 first problem was reported April 10 passed the 30 days we resolved the issue as a kind gesture and notified mr [redacted] he may possibly need a new system on June 10 mr [redacted] reported another issue we...

advised him he needed to purchase a new system again he is honestly wanting us to do free work and change the entire system we have done what we can to help this gentleman because he couldn't afford a new system but enough is enough we can't work for free also he has slandered my business made up that we were making racist remarks had a lawyer contact me and went to social media spreading lies  he is a roofing contractor I got an estimate from him on my personal house we didn't use his company so he is a little ticked about that along with our refusal to do anymore free work for him looks like court will be the only way this gentleman will leave us alone he even states in his complaint that the first problem was on April 10 the problem wasn't even the part we put in the is no reasoning with this person
