The Contract was signed with [redacted] on June 23, 2016 for her roof and installing 4 window wraps. Total contract price was for $10,000 and she gave us $5,000 as a deposit. Her insurance company already paid her directly for her roof replacement because of the hail storm that damaged her roof....

Insurance paid her approx. $13,000 but she wanted more money from the insurance company. I stated to her that there were some items that the insurance left out and we might be able to do supplement for additional $2,000-$3,000. She asked if our company can help her our for additional items and she was going to move forward with the company. I did 2 separate inspections for her home and sent into documents for additional damages to her home. Insurance adjuster requested to come back out and re inspect the property. We came out and went through all the damages with the insurance adjuster and agreed to the additional damages and the price. This process took approximate 2 months for paperwork going back and forth and doing the re inspection. After additional funds were approved she asked us to hold off on the roof job. Then she started to complaint how she thought roof price and window wrap for $10,000 seams too expensive and wanted us to add new gutters. We agreed to that and ordered the shingle materials. Then she call our company back and wants to cancel the contract because she was have personal issues and she needs to use the funds for her personal use. She did not want to pay any restocking fees for the materials or our time for working on supplement with the insurance company. After she received the additional check she just wanted her money back. I did not want to argue with her so  I even told her the money will be refunded back. I asked if she can wait couple weeks and check will be mailed to her. Right now I don't even know why she has complaint here regards to this matter because I spoke to her last week regards to her check being mailed. She wanted me to bring the check the same day and I told her I couldn't do that. I told her our company worked and waited for 3 months working with her insurance company to get the supplement approved and she cant wait few week for her check to be mailed back? We have no interest in her money and the deposit is being mailed out.
