Mrs*** *** was sent several invoices and emails:
Invoice on 10/7/at 6:35am ET (Invoice #XXXXX) for Web Hosting ($134.00)
Invoice on 10/19/at 6:35am ET (Invoice #XXXXX) for Domain Renewal ($13.99)

Reminder on 10/20/at 5:45am ET
On October 20, at 22:46pm ET, end user opened a support ticket (XXXXXX) to our Billing Department asking why a invoice showed $and what it was forA response was made at 5:31am ET on 10/of:
"The web hosting is the Big Nimbus package of $and the domain is $I show that last year a Time Promotional code of $was used making it $110"
On the 21st at 7:49am she asked if she could renew ONLY the domain and followed that up with a phone call at 8amI advised her that number was not for support purposes and I would respond via the ticket she had open, which I did so at 8:16am (less than minutes after the inquiry)
The payment was made on 10/around 10am (AFTER the domain had expired at midnight) and user immediately called and started to use foul language at which point, I advised her I will not tolerate that and ALL communication will be via ticketWe started the renewal process of a failed domain and advised it was an automated process repeatedly
On 10/the automated process failed, she asked for a status update on 10/at 8:and was provided an update at 8:09am, 8:19amAt approximately 12:10pm on 10/she wanted to know why it was not up yet and I advised her we had options
1.) We can continue working on the process or we could cancel the renewal, refund it and she could go elsewhere
On 10/at 1:51pm she advised us to cancel the order and provide the authorization code which we did immediately and responded at 1:55pm (minutes later) with the EPP Code as well as the refund confirmation (At this point all monies paid by customer had been refunded)
Customer then became irate when she asked for nameservers to be updated and for us to expedite a transfer (which we cannot do, however Public Domain Registry could as the domain holder) where she has threatened legal action, contact with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General
Per our policy, once action such as that is taken, all communication ceasesShe was advised of that
Per the WHOIS, the domain zsoftechsolutions.com was officially transferred away from Public Domain Registry on 10/23/at 14:40Z which equates to 10/23/10am ET
As per Webby Enterprises LLC Terms of Service which has and continues to be applicable and viewable from the Customer Panel and our website located at http://www.webbytech.net/tos.php we have refunded the user the money however we will not be providing any additional compensation
