Response to [redacted] : She put in complain on AugWork was performed on her property in This passes our yr warranty as wellWe are more than happy to give her an estimate (price) for repairs

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I have no interest in doing business with this company and will not allow them on my property Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Very professional from quote to project completionCrew was respectful of my paving design and the results were of excellent qualityI would recommend them to my family & friends

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Date Sent: 5/14/5:38:PM Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The work was done in the fall of The complaint was filed July, If as they say there was a one year warranty they did not honor it and they would not sent someone out to look at it They need to re-check their recordsSincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Date Sent: 8/26/2014 8:45:40 PM Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response does not address the stated problem - a paving job that is deteriorating within 2 years of installation - with concerns noted within days of installation. Furthermore, the most recent letter, dated February 10, 2014 was the first to include Megan in the salutation; this was based on information provided in the Maisano Bros. Inc. website, which listed her as office and sales manager, and [redacted] as paving controller. I had also emailed both of them individually via the link provided on the website. I would not have known her name, or her affiliation, had it not been provided there. If she was not in fact an employee of the company at that time, how is it that she received the letter and responded by making phone contact? In that initial contact she advised me that they were in the process of purchasing the business; while she did not clarify her position, she did provide her own cell phone number for future communication. Upon receiving [redacted] unsatisfactory reply yesterday, I once again visited the Maisano Bros. website. It has been updated as of April 1, 2014, and reads as follows: "Since the passing of *** Maisano in 1985, and [redacted] in 2010 [redacted] Maisano have (sic) carried their paving empire to present time Maisano Bros. is proud to be a family owned second generation high volume paving company." That [redacted] purchased Maisano Bros. Inc. during the current year appears to formalize a transition that had taken place years earlier. In fact, [redacted] was the lead person on the job when the work in question was completed. Lastly, I believe that responsibility for agreements signed by an authorized representative of the company rests with the company, not the employee. It was their choice to send him to review the work. Despite many requests, neither ***, nor any other representative has been available to revisit the job to assess and discuss our concerns. There was no delay in making payment on our part. The Maisano Bros. Inc. website website boasts "Devotion to Excellence." Our previous experience (questionable quality of paving, ignored calls, emails, letters, and unfulfilled statements such as "I get back to you next week when I know my schedule,") as well as this response indicate a lack of any concern for customer courtesy and/or satisfaction. Sincerely, [redacted] Business Most Recent Message Date Sent: 8/22/2014 3:21:29 PM Hello. I am responding to this complaint . We had our driveway installed about 1/years ago I must admit that I should have had another company install the driveway, They did such a terrible job I wouldn't recommend them to anyone The material used in the front of my home was put down too cold (according to one of Maisano's employees) and came out louseyThey were going to rebate some of the cost but reneged on the deal Buyer beware!!!

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The answer provided to you by Maisano Bros. Inc. does not even make sense.  Our complaint was that...

they wouldn't respond to us.  Now, they are saying that they responded and we are not happy with their solution.  This is not possible; we sent pictures to them and left messages about the paving job
they did and they still have not responded to us, which is exactly the reason we came to the Revdex.com for help in the first place.
If they have a solution to our problem please send us a copy in writing.
