Worried at first
I bought an Air Hog Zero Gravity Laser toy last week from Webcortex. They claimed it would arrive in a couple of days but definitely before Christmas. Amazon and Walmart were out of stock. At first, I wasn't too sure about this company, but I paid through PayPal, so I felt safe. After the purchase, I started reading others' reviews and experiences and thought for sure I was ripped off and wouldn't ever see my purchase. Tracking said there was a delay and would arrive on 12/24. I for sure thought I was ripped off. But guess what, it DID come today! I'm impressed and the transaction was very smooth. No issues. Very grateful!

No delivery at all
I was not in any rush and the shipping was 7-10 or perhaps 5-7. The customer service number is like its disconnected. No product even arrived as of yet and it's been 21 days. I had to dispute it with PayPal.

2 Day delivery
I was over charged for a item that I purchased that was to be delivered in 2 days. This is false advertisement. Inquired about a discount on the shipping. They blame it on covid. They are way over priced and not honest about their shipping. Ordered Monday expecting Wednesday delivery. Today is Thursday and no scheduled delivery on this package from USPS. Will not be purchasing from vendor in the future. Paid $20.00 + more under the impression that I would get in 2 days time. Could have paid less and recieved it in the same amount of time from another vendor. Feel that I should get a parcel refund for this deception in their advertisement of this product. Do they have 2 day delivery or not ? Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Credit Card Charged
I order a Kona grill brush on May 4, 2020 from WebCortex, Inc. and my receipt stated "Money won't leave your account until WebCortex, Inc. processes your order." Well my card was charged on May 14, 2020 and still to this day June 7, 2020 I have not received my product from this company. My receipt # is 2191-9539-2670-6412, I have emailed this company at least 3 times with negative response, I have called them with negative response. So I have filed a dispute for nondelivered product.

I will never order from this company again!

I received a product a couple of days ago which I need to return. I have been attempting to contact WebCortex for a return label at their phone number which is the 347-487-1037. No one will call me back. I have also e-mailed them to get a return label. No answer. I just called for the third time and left another message and also called PayPal. I need to wait a week with PayPal for them to contact this company. What is going on? I am not going to say that I am totally dissatisfied with this company yet. Awaiting some answer before I give them a one star review. Still hoping someone will reach out to me. They only took a couple days to ship me the product and I was happy with that. So what is the problem with getting back to me on this?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was finally able to speak to Jeff after trying for a couple weeks The only reason he did get back to us was because [redacted] was putting pressure on him and we opened the Revdex.com claim Jeff's statement about the item arriving late and having issues is false Please see the attached documentation and emails from Jeff Attached are the details of the saleThe following is the information from [redacted] 's siteHere is the tracking information from the ***: [redacted] Tracking ID: [redacted] As you can see, we shipped the item the same day it was ordered The item was delivered on December **, days before the expected arrival date The recipient, NOT JEFF, but the person who the item was actually ordered for, called us and told us that the item did arrive on this date and nothing was missing They had been trying to get in touch with Jeff with no luck as well The recipient also told us that they never contacted Jeff and told him the items did not arrive Jeff did not even attempt to contact us before filing a claim against us He was thinking he could scam us out of the money and it would not be worth our time to pursue I have several derogatory emails from Jeff about this This is the fourth time he has change his story about what happened [redacted] is investigating his account and may terminate his account for buyer violations such as this His first story was that he did not receive one item but asked for a full refund for bothI have been fighting this claim which hurt my [redacted] seller account because of the lies he told He has continued to lie, and has just told you several lies in his responseHe is a poor business person and does not care how he treats his customers and sellers There is no way he should be allowed to get away with this I was about to let this all go, but now that I see he is still lying and trying to deceive people, I want to move forward with this because people need to know he is a liar and a thief We did nothing wrong and actually went over and above for this customer, and he tried to use a buyer claim to get the product for free even though he had been paid for the product by the recipient Thank You In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com ,We had already communicated with [redacted] ( the seller on [redacted] and the person who complained here ) we had fully refunded them about a week ago - they had promised us they will cancel this Revdex.com claim -I have this in writing from themIn regards to the actual claim, the package was received LATE so we had to dispute it with [redacted] - [redacted] did refunded us - then once the package FINALLY arrived we cancelled the dispute and return the money to the seller / [redacted] Thank you!
