I paid for the domain name www.sccfamilydentistry.com this year and do not have login access to my account with www.webcountry.net This website has been used for my small dental office On several occasions my website domain expired for weeks at a time This has become worse and worse over the past years It's owner *** refuses to reply/help Tens of emails to ***@webcountry.net and through his service site http://www.website-helpdesk.com/support have been completely ignored No one is there to talk to and no other options are available It has been my intention to move ownership of my domain to a new host due to ZERO customer service All of this can be corroberated by another domain provider, Tamera GDyer She built & maintains my website and has agreed to host it's domain

On 5/26/16, I paid my annual renewal of $for web hosting (the invoice had a due date of 5/28/16), through PayPal (as confirmed by my credit card history and PayPal records)However, since that time, my Webcountry account shows no record of my paying them, I have received overdue notices from Webcountry, on 6/2/they added a $late fee to the invoice, and they now claim I owe them $(the original $I already paid plus the incorrect $late fee)I have tried to reach Webcountry by every means I can think of (phone, voicemail, email, online, support ticket, via PayPal), and I can't get through to a person, and I have not received any response from themAlso, I have submitted a request on 6/3/to cancel (terminate) the service and, as of 6/8/16, the service has not been cancelledI'm concerned that this problem will continue to escalate (and incorrect late fees will continue to accumulate) and I don't know how to resolve it

I got an invoice (Invoice #XXXXX) by email that said I needed to update my credit card info for my website hosting (The_Original_Plus - mcwebster.com (04/28/XXXX - XX/27/2017)) so they could charge me for renewalClicked on the link in their email to go change the credit card but the site is broken (broken SSL)All other links to their site are broken as wellTried to callGet recording that tells me to visit another site to submit a ticket about billing issuesThat site is broken as wellNo way to get a hold of them so I replied to their email with no responseThen I get an updated invoice with a late fee! Now I just want to cancel
