Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/10/13) */ Thank you for your letterWhile we certainly understand business managers have a right to use your services, we have a different opinion of this project When we build a website the first step is to approve designs, which was done by the clientAfter we terminated employment with their previous project manager I personally met with the members of the website committee and we mutually agreed the designs needed to be changed, which required starting over with completely new designsThis took time as we already had custom coded the prior website designsWe feel we did the right thing because they had over changes to the designs requested in our meetingWe have also been meeting with them at their location weekly for several hours to review the changes they continually requestWe are happy to make all the changes as we desire the client be fully satisfied with their website and we are done making these changes at this point I am shocked to hear that they would request a refund as this is completely out of the question as we have performed hundreds of hours of work at this pointEach week we meet and they request dozens of changes to their site, which delays the project furtherAgain, we are happy to make these changes however each week we have another list of dozens of new changes To be specific, they have sent us dozens of images in the past with no direction as to where they desire them placed (this has been rectified)We are working thru all change requests and are close to launching each time we meet, then there are many more changes at each meetingI speak to my project manager and development team several times each week to move this project along and this project is scheduled to be launched this weekAgain, that is assuming we don't have another long list of changes from the last list we received My company has a perfect record with past clients and we do not want this to changeI feel we have a great working communication with Five Points and have spoken with them even today about their websiteThey indicated today that they are pleased with the progress and looking forward to getting the site live Regarding training, we have mentioned to them several times that we will provide this at launch and also provide written instructionsWe do this for ALL clients and they are no exceptionThe person that wrote this complaint was not present for the past few meetings where this was detailed Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 9, 2015/10/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
