This company is as low class as they get! The guys name I dealt with is Greg Maxkelso in Newbury Park, who is beyond dishonest and is trying to get money from me for a medical bill that is not mine. I called him after he sent me a letter to let him know that a medical bill he claims I need to pay is incorrect and I have already stated this with Optum/ LA Covered care who changed companies during a week I went to the doctors(fully covered by insurance.) I even offered to send him proof from the insurance which he said no to and then hung up the phone. Whatever, these guys are complete thieves and scammers.
