We purchased a new Toyota Tacoma in July and we financed the vehicle through [redacted] ***, a bank in Morris County, New Jersey DCH did not send the title to [redacted] which is the lienholder Rather, they issued the title to an unrelated bank, [redacted] or something like that, and mailed it to a different bank Fortunately, someone at that bank called us and indicated that they received the title in error They sent it back to DCH, who was supposed to rectify the situation, but has not We have called DCH on numerous occasions and Dawn keeps promising to correct the error and issue the title to [redacted] , the rightful lienholder However, I just heard from the bank yesterday and they still haven't received it I called DCH and they have not returned my call At this point I just want to have the title corrected, and I'm willing to do it myself I just need the paperwork from DCH As far as I'm concerned, DCH is in breach of contract f

After purchasing the car brand new, we’ve had our brakes done at Freehold Toyota respectively at 50,miles on the front and 60,on the rear After the rear brakes were done, I noticed that the car drove a bit differently, to the point it felt like the car was being held back and addressed the issue with the dealer at our 70,mile serviceThey took a look and said no issue was found At our 80,mile service, it was brought to my attention that my front brake pads and rotors were nearly burnt out and needed to be replaced immediatelyI asked with some scpeticism how this was possible when my original brakes lasted 50,miles and now the replacement brakes burnt out twice as fastThey claimed a rusted/stuck caliper pin was to blame and there was nothing they could do about it but to replace the parts and I would be stuck paying for itReluctantly, they offered a mere discount to the situation and they replaced the parts At our 90,mile service, I was told th

Purchased a new truck from dealerThe old truck had a plow that needed to be taken offI wanted to take the plow off myself at the certified plow dealer that I used to install it on my old truck, but the used car manager Kirk insisted on having it done in the dealership assuring me they had someone who could do itWhen they went to swap out the plow from the old truck to the new truck, they did not have anyone there who could do itThe service manager Fortunate P [redacted] told me that they might need do send my truck outI was told by Kirk that it would be done hereThey had my truck for days and when I got it back and drove it the next day in the dark I realized the truck was rewired incorrectly and I have no high beam lightsI called the dealer to report this and no one will take my call or call me back to have my high beams fixedAlso when the sales people drove the truck out of the show room the wind blew the door shut on the front fender and chipped itI have asked to hav

I Purchased a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED TOYOTA CAMRY IN June 25, the car only had 16,miles when I purchased itI Don't think this car was inspected well to be a certified car because a few months after I purchased it the brakes needed to be replaced which the dealer took care ofHowever the paint is chipping off the car, on the trunk, ceiling, hood, all around the carThe first time I spoke to someone there they said that it's because I parked under a tree and the tree leaked something on the car which caused it to chip, the second time I took it there I spoke with the Service Manager and he told me someone from Toyota would come and evaluate the car but he lied and no one cameI then called the manufacturer Toyota and they contacted the dealer on my behalf to try and help resolve this problem, they told Toyota that the paint is chipping off because of rocks flying and hitting my carI live in a Single Family home in Middletown, I park my car in the driveway everyday and I

I am writing to you regarding a problem that my mother-in-law Mary (Marlene) *** had with DCH Toyota in Freehold NJ
Marlene had brought her Toyota Avalon to the dealer on 4/21/regarding a “check engine light” The dealer diagnosed the problem as a failed oxygen sensor and replaced itThe approx cost was $plus tax
They also FOUND that she needed brakes for another $
The brakes were checked a couple months ago and the calipers and rotors were fine Almost all the miles are grandma miles with very little hard driving
The total bill was $for invoice #***
*** *** took the car home and all was fine for a short while
Within a few days the car exhibited the check engine light again
I called the dealer and they said it could be a different fault
I asked them SPECIFICALLY what the error code was since it was not recordered on the invoice They told me it was P I spoke with the manager and told them that I was going to check the code w

We brought our car for oil change service to the dealership couple of weeks backI bought the car with three free oil changesThe first issue is that the service department could not find details about free oil changes and my wife had to wait for an hour before sales rep came and pulled our file and found paper which has details on free oil change
The second issue is that my wife told them to rotate tires but service department did not want toWe drove close to miles and we wanted to have tire rotated
The third issue is that we hear hissing/wind sound when the car goes above 40-mphThis has been the issue since we bought the carThe service department refused to check on itThis issue is covered by the warranty and should have been looked at

I went for an oil change on March 31, On April 13, there was no oil in the carThere was no indication The dealership said that the oil must be burningI was never told that before and they refused to take apart the engine in order to fix the issue because of the miles on the car

I have serviced my vehicle at this dealership for a Toyota recall issueWhile getting it serviced they suggested additional components which otherwise would cost a lot of money in the event they fail or needs to be replaced in futureAnd also told me about a broken component, which I never got a chance to seeI have agreed to most of their recommendationsThe total bill came to about $1500, part of which is for replacing the brakes, which I wanted to replace in the first place
The moment I picked up the car, I could hear some rattling noise and humming noiseI took the car back in days to the dealership and they diagnosed it as a broken resonatorThis part was functioning very well when I took it to the dealership and I never had this noise beforeI could definitely see there are new nuts and bolts which tells me they took it out of the vehicle, but they deny my complaint saying they never touched that partAnd it was just a coincidence that the part gave in at the same tim
