Extremely slow and poor customer service Took them months to do a simple refinishing and only when I went to pick it up did they tell me that there was an issue in refitting the bolt No mention in charging extra until going back to pick it up(even after talking to them times on the phone when asking if it's done or not) When trying to blame me for the damage to the gun they simply said that I should expect to pay extra if they had to spend extra time on repair Fair enough but there was never any mention of an issue or an extra charge when discussing it on the phone As the business owners I feel that it's their responsibility to inform their customer if there are any issues with my property and if there will be an additional charge in any and all repairs that need to be done That's just simply good business sense I have my suspicion now after dealing with them that the damage was done on their end and they didn't want to take any responsibility for it They claim to be the "friendly gunsmith" however none of my dealings with them reflect this claim
