In June of 2015, [redacted], a managing member of [redacted] reach out to [redacted] Services & Construction, LLC to build them a privacy fence. [redacted] Services & Construction, LLC contracted Standard Fence, CO to build the fence. Standard fence, CO did their due diligence by scoping for underground utilities and providing building permits for the construction of the fence. Stacy Gulmantovicz, another managing member of [redacted] approved the cost of $4,048.00 cost to build the fence. The fence was built on July 6, 2015.On April 1, 2016 [redacted] Services & Construction, LLC received an email from [redacted] claiming we built the fence without permits and that the county has given them 90 days from January 26, 2016 to correct the issue. [redacted] Services & Construction, LLC reached out to Standard Fence, CO on April 1, 2016 requesting copies of the permits used for the fence construction.On April 8, 2016 [redacted] Services & Construction, LLC received copies of the permits from Standard Fence, CO and forwarded them via email to [redacted] Services & Construction, LLC has since asked [redacted] if we could be of any additional service and she has yet to respond as of April 18, 2016.
