Scott called before arriving to tell me he was running late from another appointment which was appreciated. He did a great job stretching carpets in several rooms of my home and then cleaning them. I would call on him again!

He starts the process right with fair and easy-to-understand quotations, then performs the work in a timely manner with great care. If any aspect of the job is not perfectly to the customer satisfaction (and that is rare), he will address that quickly.
