November 21, To whom it may concern, while we regret the [redacted] was dissatisfied with his experience with Weber Tire, Co., we have some serious doubts as to the Veracity of his claimAccording to our records, he filed a fraud complaint with his credit card servicer, and they contacted us with a similar complaint in August of We addressed this complaint to their satisfaction then [redacted] had his service done in October of We have a warranty on mechanical work that is valid for months or 3,miles, whichever comes firstWhen customers request that their own parts be used, our warranty is voidAside from the work done in October of on Invoice # [redacted] , we have not performed any other mechanical work for [redacted] [redacted] did not bring the issue of the spindle nut to our attention until close to a full year after he had the original work doneThe original invoice for the work done in is attached to this letter [redacted] states that his original estimate included work done on his spindle bolts, but this is not true, as we never provided, nor were ever asked to provide, an estimateWe did replace his steering rack and pinion, but with parts that he provided and requested that we use If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact usWe can be reached by phone at [redacted] or via e-mail at [email protected] you,Stuart R
