I have been buying tires from Webers for many years nowI know about tires and cars, because I have worked in the automotive industry, and was ASE certified, and also sold tires for a competitor of Weber's for a few yearsIf you are looking for a place with the 60" TV and free hot cookies in a carpeted showroom, go back to your fancy place and pay double! If you want great tires at the best price, and people who know what they're doing, this is itThey even stock tires that fit my Buick! And don't complain about the three hour wait this time of year! (November) This is anywhereShould have come out in September

We were contacted by *** *** last week about the issue she had with her car at which point she explained her issue and we told her to have the car fixed and bring us the receipts and we would reimburse her for it.
We haven't heard from her until this letterI tried
calling her this morning, no answer but left a message to call us to resolve the issueWe agreed to pay the $mechanic fee but were waiting for her to bring in the receipts for the repairThanks for your help in this matterWeber Tires

VERY DISAPPOINTING! I have nothing but bad experiences from this business. I had heard good things about Weber Tires, which is why I drove out of my way to replace my tires by them. I am budget conscious and especially heard that I would get a good deal out there. Whatever deal you could get is NOT worth the extremely poor service they provide. Plus, in the end my tire replacement from Weber will cost me far more than any place else. It began with 2 days after spending $400-$500 for 4 new tires needing to completely replace 1 of the tires. 2 days later!?! No discount, no sympathy, nothing! Just a "ha ha, that happens. Too bad". The tires themselves were ok- not great, but lived their life. They were at the point of needing to be replaced so I made an appointment with my current mechanic to replace them. Upon doing so I got an immediate call from them notifying me that the reason my low pressure tire sensor light has been going on is that upon removing my tires they noticed that there are no sensors in any of my tires! What?!? The only people to have touched my tires since purchasing my car is Weber tires. I had no problems with my sensor system before seeing them and since seeing them have had constant issues. I went into Weber Tires with tire sensors and left without them! I was never notified or told anything from them about my sensors. Now I need to either disconnect the indicator light or replace the tire sensors at close to $100 a pop- $400 total!!! The WORST part of this whole process is that with both issues their response to me was one of disrespect and treating me like an ie- basically laughing at me. Advice- I would never go there, no matter what you might think you might save. Terrible terrible business- I will be reporting them to DATCP!
