My sincere apologies for not responding to this complaint sooner We have refunded this customer the total amount of $ The refund was processed today and the customer should see their refund in their Visa account within 1-business daysIn our defense, we processed this order as per the terms and conditions stated on our website We received this order # [redacted] on Thursday 12/at 2:pm In order to ship this order on the same day we would have had to receive a valid prescription before 1:pm EST Unfortunately we never received a prescription via fax for this customer [redacted] We also never received a fax from Dr [redacted] or [redacted] Optical on 12/or 12/regarding this customer The customer was emailed on 12/at 11:am explaining we need to receive a valid prescription before their order can ship with expedited shipping We contacted Dr***’s office on Friday 12/by fax to verify this customer’s prescription We never received a response Per federal law we have to wait business hours to receive a response from the doctor’s office If we do not receive a response within business hours we can ship out the order as it was placed by the customer Hence this order shipped on Monday, 12/12/(the next business day) with next business day air Per the [redacted] tracking number [redacted] this order was delivered on Tuesday, 12/13/ We followed protocol and processed this order according to federal law The customer states that they called us three times on Saturday, 12/10/ As per our website we are not open for business on Saturdays Please let us know if you require any further information Thank you! Terrible customer service, I ordered contacts via their website, days later I received an email stating my prescription had been verified and I would be receiving a tracking number in the next few days [redacted] days later I contacted them regarding the status of my order, they informed me my order had been canceled due to a discrepancy in the prescriptionI waited days for an order that they had charged my credit card for but they had canceled my orderI immediately asked for a refund, that didn't happen eitherI had to contact someone thru live chat to get a refundTheir customer service is horrible

Easy-to-use website, fast response, low pricesI can't complain! I'll likely be coming back here when I need more contacts

Mr [redacted] was granted a full refund of $on 1/20/ All procedures were followed by WebEyeCare to comply with the FCLA Mr [redacted] 's doctor did not respond within the business hours required when we faxed their office for prescription verification We then contacted his doctor's office and verbally verified the customer's prescription Unfortunately the information we were given verbally was inaccurate

The customer provided a copy of their contact lens prescription which indicated they needed a +for their right eye and a +for their left eyeThe customer had placed their order for one box of +but the power was entered on the line for the Left EyeMultiple attempts were made to contact the customer to confirm they wanted their Right Eye prescription and not the LeftWe emailed them regarding this on 4/but did not hear back from customer until 5/at which time we again explained that we needed to confirm what eye they wanted to order as they had placed their Right Eye Power in for the Left Eye portion of the orderWe also called them on 5/to try to resolve thisOn 5/the customer faxed a reply to just ship what they ordered and the order was moved to shippingOn 5/we received notice that the Customer filed a charge back and wanted the order canceledThe order was canceled and refunded in full
