Purchased turbo tax and they did not send the activation code. Contacted customer service and no response
Purchased item on 10Feb2020 (Order#***). Downloaded SW from link provided but did not receive activation code. Tried contacting customer service through website but no response. No phone number to call. The download is useless without the code and so it appears the site is setup just to scam people as not providing product or responding.

Business failed to deliver digital version of TurboTax 2019 and will not refund my money.
I ordered TurboTax 2019 from WebMartStore via***.com on 3/10 (order # ***) using my Mastercard. The listing said the digital download link and activation code would be emailed within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, on 3/11, I sent an inquiry as to where the download information was. No response.
On 3/12 I submitted a return request. No response.
On 3/16 I received an envelope in the mail from them with only a small piece of cardboard; no item number, no order number, no information on downloading or activation code, literally nothing other than the piece of blank cardboard.
On 3/17 I submitted a refund request. Four hours later I received a response saying they would not issue a refund because the item was supposedly delivered on 3/12 via email. I never received that email and it was no in email trash, spam, or any other folder. The order # (***) in their 3/17 response was not my order number and there was nothing in the email with my name, actual order #, or anything else that would identify the supposed confirmation as mine.
The last response I received from them was on 3/17 - they ignored additional messages sent to them on 3/18 and 3/19.

I purchased Turbo Tax Primer 2019 from Webmartstore.com but no product delivered.
Purchased Turbotax Premier 2019 download for MAC on March 14, 2020, order number ***, from the Webmartstore.com. The order was paid via Master Card as follows: *** NC $28.95. I tried contacting the company at least seven times via their web chat, they never responded. I tried calling the phone number listed on their contact page: *** but the number is not in service. I sent an e-mail via the contact page but have not received a response. Their web page says they have been selling on Walmart Marketplace since 2020, I called *** to inform them that this seller is not delivering products that have been paid for but since the product was purchased directly from the Webmartstore.com the *** customer service operator could not help.

THIS WEBSITE IS SELLING TURBOTAX SOFTWARE. ONCE YOU PAY THEM FOR THE DOWNLOAD THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE LICENSE CODE FOR TURBOTAX TO BE USED. THEY ARE SELLING WORTHLESS DOWNLOADS.
