I am writing to address the complaint with the ID # *** that was filed against my company Tri-State CheerNastics, Incon 6/30/2015.I am attaching documentation of communication to this customer about our policies regarding the purchase of a custom order item that the customer purchased for her
child through our company.This customer enrolled her child in our competitive cheerleading program on June 10, She then made a payment for the special order items that are necessary for every athlete in our competitive cheerleading program to have on June 15, The order for the items was placed on June 15, The customer notified us via email on June 23, that she wanted to remove her child from the programMy office manager, *** replied to the customer via email on June 24, addressing her removal of her child from our program and addressed her request for a refund (see email).The customer will receive her items that she purchased when they arrive in early AugustIfwe have another athlete that is able to or needs to purchase the items from us, we would then issue her a refund check for $The items that were ordered were fitted to the customer's athlete and are custom design items and cannot be returned to the company.Please let me know if you have any questions or need other information regarding this situation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Good Evening, I submitted a PDF on a response to a complaint for TRI State Athletics cheerleading. I was not sure where to place my response but I wanted to add in addition to my declined response, that know where on their application for payments does it say that the uniforms are fitted to size it is generalized according to youth, small, medium or large, junior, small, medium or large, and adult small, medium or large.  It does not say that the uniforms are fitted based on the individuals size.  I have checked not only on the billing application but in addition to the program application itself as well.  It just indicates that the uniforms have to be ordered by June 15th, 2015 and to be paid in the office. There is no indication that refunds are not allowed when it comes to practice apparel fees.  Please see attached. Sincerely, [redacted]
