This is the second complaint that I am writing. The first one was back in 2015. My school ordered the Webracing system two years ago and it has never worked correctly. After 20 or so ignored phone calls by the company, I finally got in touch with the owner. He has made empty promise after empty promise and our bikes still don't work. He has ignored emails and phone calls, said he would call and doesn't, he admitted he dropped the ball, and I have an $18000 system that does not work. The computer he sent to work it was old and keeps crashing, two pedals flew off while children were riding, and it hasn't worked correctly a single day in over two years. Do not buy from them. I have plenty of proof to back up my claims in which the owner admits that he is dropping the ball.
