At this time, I have been contacted directly by Dynamic Movers Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They allege that their employees were acting on their own behalf and not representing the company so the grievances was not their fault Even though the contract was signed with Dynamic Movers and the insurance papers they provided had their name and license numbers, they claim that I was working with subcontractors that they contracted out withIt was never made known to me that was the case as my correspondence was through their email and contact information.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
