I went over the eBay auction XXXXXXXXXXXX with the buyer showing that the dimensions "1 Phone Case, 4.3in. X 2.5in. X 0.8in" were stated on the auction showing the item wouldn't work for the buyer's Iphone 6. I gave the buyer the following link...

I provided the buyer with a link to the eBay auction and a photo of the screenshot of the auction with the information. I attached the screenshot to this Revdex.com case for review also. Since the information was correctly posted on eBay the return doesn't qualify for a prepaid return label as the buyer requested. We do have a 30 day return policy and so I emailed the buyer our return instructions and address. As soon as the item comes back we will process a full refund of the $5.99 the buyer paid for the item.

Please make sure the return is postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment. It also must be properly repacked in the same or similar shipping box with packaging material that follows the shipper packaging guidelines. Please email tracking information when you ship the item. I recommend (not required) insuring the package. As soon as the item comes in the original condition I'll issue you a full refund.

This was an eBay purchase you made on February 28th and provided an old address in eBay's checkout. The package was delivered to that address you provided. You contacted me after the package had already been delivered by UPS and explained the...

You filed an eBay claim and stated on March 20th you contacted the person at the address you provided and they told you they sent the package back. UPS tracking does NOT show the package was returned. It still shows today June 23 that the package was delivered to the address you provided. As I explained UPS can't force the person at your former house to give back the package. UPS tracking would have scans if the person at your old address refused the package. We track all returns and have not received anything back. If you have valid proof that shows these were returned I'm happy to review them. eBay closed your claim on April 2 stating you made an error at checkout which I tried to help you resolve. eBay closed the claim in my favor. Go to your old address which you had the item shipped to and ask them for the 3 items back because they are the ones you claim stole from you. If we make a mistake we take full financial responsibility for the item but in this case we followed all policies and procedures. This was an error you made in checkout and didn't catch right away for us to fix before delivery. I'm sorry but I can't be financially responsible for an error you made and admit making. If you have valid visible proof the 3 items came back to me please provide it.
