The forum owner claims that the information [redacted] published in a book was actually taken from the forum owner and is actually the brainchild of the forum owner. As you can see, this is not a clear cut situation. It is our duty to moderate between forum users and the forum owner to ensure that DMCA and other complaints are handled promptly. However, we cannot pass judgement on the validity of prior art claims. Those are issues best handled by a judge in court. In cases where a forum owner has proved to be uncooperative, we disable their forum. However, this client has proved to be cooperative, usually responding to claims within 24 hours. There is no specific policy of how many repeated copyright violations can get the account deleted.

What has happened, and what is happening is, that this company is allowing a person by the name of [redacted] (and also [redacted] to a lesser degree -- who is a well known stalker) to repeatedly post copyright violations, slandering of my good name, cyber-bulling, etc. I have complained many times about this bully. The company will sometimes respond and remove some of their extreme content, but, it is to no avail since [redacted] only waits a few weeks and reposts the same hateful, illegal posts in a different spot. So, I have to frequently log in, spend time scanning her forum posts, and then submit complaints to this company. I have asked repeatedly for them to terminate [redacted]'s account since she is a multi-repeat offender, but they will not do so. Her slanderous posts appear in Google whenever I search my name. As you can see from the e-mail above, they admit that they have no "specific policy of how many repeated copyright violations can get the account deleted." I am tired of being bullied, slandered, copyright violations, having my person e-mails posted, my intellectual content robbed, being accused of illegal activities, etc. This company's home headquarters is based from India and they have a different set of values from those of Christians in American. I am asking that this company develop a policy for terminating multi-repeat offender accounts such as [redacted]'s account.Desired Settlement: 1) Terminate bully [redacted]'s account and remove all of her content -- I am not her only victim.

2) Develop a policy that will stop encouraging repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

3) Further investigate this foreign organization for illegal activities -- to see if they should be allowed to operate inside the United States.
