When I reached out to them 9 days before my 30 days was up to cancel and request a refund, no one responded back to me until my 30 days passed. They send me a form to fill out which they insist I didn't fill out and send back. The form has 2 questions why would I not fill out the form to get my refund? Mr. Lieu insists I didn't send it the form on time when they sent me the form after the 30 days. Now they refuse to give me a refund saying I never fill out the form. How can a company run their business like this by having terrible customer service and refusing to give customers their money back when they did everything to cancel whitin 30 days?
