Lists my company (and private address) as a business page/listing without my permission. contacted months ago without any response.
Other(requires explanation) - for Remove listing. Emailed again.

John responded to my email once you reached out. His was the original email I contacted months ago as well.
As an additional step, I emailed his email again this weekend (which is the email I received when submitting a 'claim this page' thru the website) and a *** address I located in a comment on their facebook page. The *** did respond yesterday. John@ responded today after I received your group's email notification.
The page has since been deleted.
