Revdex.com:
I had filed a complaint with the San Diego Revdex.com in regarding Web Site Service For All. The complaint is ***. Seeing as though
the service has improved and I have not experienced any downtime since the complaint was filed I would like to withdraw the complaint. Please let me know what I need to do to make this happen.Thank you,

I paid *** *** $1,500, owner of WebsiteService4All to create a website for meMr*** promised me that the website would be custom built in weeks; however, after waiting months and still no website, I decided to file a complaint with my bank, AllyWhen Mr*** received the dispute, he uploaded a template that had the words template on itFurther more, he copied information from another buisiness website (Life is Good) and the information was hyperlinked to that company's website! Mr. [redacted] was on a shared hosting platform during the time of his issue. Shared hosting means that a website is on the same server with many other websites. With this being the case, if one user of the hosting service causes an issue on the server then all websites on that server are affected.  During the times of Mr. [redacted] service issues there were multiple users who were causing issues on the server and hence creating a series of service interruptions for Mr. [redacted] website.
 
When the service interruptions became an issue for Mr. [redacted] we advised him of the fact that he was on a shared hosting platform and is subject to issues of this nature because of the “sharing” of the server resources.  At that time we advised him that it was possible to reduce the possibility of these issues by moving onto a virtual private server at additional cost per month.  A virtual private server provides resources that are dedicated to each website and does not allow one website to absorb all resources on the server (which would limit service to the other websites). 
 
Mr. [redacted] was not happy with this response and complained to the Revdex.com.  We still do not understand why a complaint to the Revdex.com was made as we conducted all of the following actions:
 
1.       Identified and suspended the offending users on the server
2.       Explained to  Mr. [redacted] what the issues were
3.       Provided an alternative and/or potential resolution to keep this from happening to him in the future (yes, at additional cost because it is a higher level of service/resources)
4.       Subsequently  moved Mr. [redacted] website to a higher service level temporarily at no additional cost (he will be required to pay the higher monthly fees starting next month if he chooses to continue with the service).
 
As a last item of note, shared hosting accounts are available at a cost of $7.95/mo. (paid annually).  The level of service Mr. [redacted] is currently on is charged at $49.95/mo and he has not been charged for this since the move of the website to the higher service level.
 
We have
1.       Provided service in accordance with our agreement
2.       Communicated and responded to Mr. [redacted]
3.       Offered and provided service resolution
 
We feel there is no cause for a Revdex.com complaint as we attempted to work with Mr. [redacted] in all areas described in this response.
