Ms. [redacted] purchased her car from us on 4/28/2016. Along with the car she purchased a 2 year, 24,000 mile limited warranty through Superior Warranty Company. This warranty has rental car coverage/reimbursement which means that if the repair is covered under the warranty, which is accepted at any...

major garage, she can rent a car, pay for it upfront, send the bill to the warranty company and they will send u a check. It is not though our company. We do however have a few courtesy vehicles, owned by our dealership that are given out at our discretion, normally for people who need major repairs with in a month or two of purchase, or lemon law warranty issues. No dealer is required to give customers loaner cars for routine service work. We only have 2 loaner cars so they usual out with customers. I would encourage Ms. [redacted] to make a service appointment with us and make arrangements to leave her car with us for one day so we can diagnoses the issues she is having and go from there.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I have contacted the service center numerous times only to get a excuse as to why they can't look at the car , or that there are no rentals or reimbursement if I went to get a rental . Also everytime I tell them there is a problem with the car the issue is never covered. From ball joints, exhaust and flex pipe ,brushing nor the keyless entry fob that came with the car and was never working .  I'm always being told to buy the part myself or I have a $100.00 deductible. The warranty states they cover everything except regular maintenance ex: oil change windshield wipers etc. The response I'm getting through Revdex.com is not what happens in person. As for the rental I was able to get a rental from bob Johnson Chevrolet when the engine and transmission was under the factory warranty which had expired, now I'm under Websmart warranty only So I'm not getting any help. The title for the car will be sent to the address on the customers copy of her MV50 form, what NYS DMV uses to process titles (title application). In NYS this process can take up to 60 days and is out of our control after we send in the paperwork. If you have not received it within that timeframe I would contact NYS DMV. As far as the customers choice to reregister her car in PA and incurring an additional 156 $ fee, we would advise her turn in the NYS plates we issued her to any NYS DMV location and they will receive a refund or credit

She called Nick and explained that she was driving from three hours away and wanted to see if it was possible to drive away in a car the same day because her car was on its "last leg". from PA and had a PA drivers license. Our location does not have the capabilities to issue an in transit permit on a spot delivery for her to drive back home the same day. It has nothing to do with the bank we as a business just can not do it. We told her we were very sorry that she made the trip up and we could not help her. She then expressed concerns about her car making home without breaking down. We then told her that if she registered the car to one of her reliatves that live in the area we could issue her NY plates which she agreed to. The salesperson spent at least two hours with [redacted] helping her get insurance to make sure he was able to drive the car home that day. We by no means "held her hostage" due to her situation, we were just trying to help her get back home safely which at the time Ms. [redacted] expressed gratitude to us for helping her.

[redacted] I have had to make numerous calls to the DMV. It has now been way
past 45 days I still do not have the title to my car that I have been
making payments on. The statement  web smart sent was not truthful in
numerous statements. I have witnesses willing to testify under oath,
including my insurance rep. This is ridiculous I would not recommend
anyone to this dealership and think everyone should be aware of this.I would like someone to contact me on Tuesday Dec. 28 so I can explain everything
