The website files were sent over AFTER the requested deadline, (after threats of use of an attorney) however, per the company that took the job, it was done in a very poor and unethical manorI had to pay the new web design company more money to expedite the process of the switch because *** took our website offline in order to inconvenience us
If he has been out of business for sometime, why has he been writing himself electronic checks out of our checking account this entire time? All the way up until last monthI would be happy to provide copies of the checks that he used, and wrote over our existing check numbersWe asked him if he had gone out of business and he said no
The issue still at hand that is keeping us from moving forward is the google ad informationHe still has control of thisWe have contacted google to update information and they said we need to get the log in information from ***We have tried calling and emailing him with no responseCurrently, we have outdated information on google that we can't changeWe paid him to set all of this up and he has all of the information to change or turn over to us
We also have tried calling and emailing in regards to the refund for the overcharged "accidental" feesWe still have no responseI would be happy to provide any emails or the contract he sent to us
