diagnostics included bloodwork which was recommended by the doctor and declined by Ms***On 9/28/15, Ms*** called sharing she should not have been charged for the recheck exam on 9/23/and that her pet was misdiagnosed because her regular veterinarian stated on 9/24/15, it was Pancreatitis and not GastroenteritisWe requested records to from her regular doctor so the case could be reviewed regarding the misdiagnosisReceipt of those records on 10/29/from Ms*** state: "Gastroenteritis...she needs nausea meds and antibioticsWhat are you arguing with WG about?" On 11/2/our Coordinator spoke with Ms*** sharing her regular doctor also diagnosed *** with Gastroenteritis and we would not refund her full visit from 9/23/because there was not a misdiagnosisHowever, we did credit Ms*** $for her Recheck visit and a diagnostic stool exam since was just in the day before on 9/22/where she was charged for an examination and stool examOur Coordinator's notes indicate that Ms*** does not agree with our decision and that she would be calling back to have the refund credited to her medical credit cardThe $remains as a credit on her account, we would be happy to send out a refund check if she would prefer that over a credit back to her card

Mr***'s pet *** presented on 7/11/as an Urgent Care. Due to her condition, it was recommended to hospitalized. Upon admitting Mr*** was presented with an estimate for treatment of $and authorized. (Se documents C & D). Mr*** put down an
$deposit.*** began to decline while she was here. The doctor spoke with Mr*** who elected to euthanize. (See document B). The final $was paid by an anonymous individual.Mr*** authorized the treatments and diagnostics we performed. A copy of the invoice of services are provided. (Document F & G)
