Unprofessional and Lack of Communication. Company is a SCAM
Webster Hauling is by far the WORST company to do business with. I will not even call them a company due to their lack of customer responsiveness and overall lack of communication. I placed an order for my car to be shipped on December 3rd. ONE MONTH LATER - there has been no response or updates, they took my deposit and won't pick up the phone or reply to any emails. Piss poor performance and 0/10 customer experience.

Our transport agreements, which all customers review and sign before scheduling, state that vehicle pickup occurs within 1–10 business days from the date the vehicle is available — not the date the order is placed. For example, if a vehicle is available December 1st and the order is booked November 1st, the 1–10 business day pickup window begins on December 1st. This policy allows us to keep costs fair and competitive for our customers.

We do not staff our phones during evenings or weekends, but calls, texts, and emails are returned promptly on the next business day. In addition, our automated notification system sends updates as vehicle statuses change, to help keep customers informed throughout the process.

We understand how important your vehicle is and regret that your experience left you dissatisfied. While we did operate within the timelines and guidelines outlined in the signed contract, we value your feedback and will continue working to improve communication.

I contacted Webster to have vehicles shipped across country They said it could be done easily They collected a deposit to start the process and said I would be contacted within to days for shipping my vehicle I called several times and got "still looking for a driver" It has been days and they have still not gotten a date set up for car transport I contacted them and told them I wanted my money back and I was cancelling the request, to them, for car transport services They were very nice until they got my money and then the service stopped

All of our customers sign a transport agreement before scheduling, which states that vehicle pickup is arranged within 1–10 business days from the date the vehicle is available. This timeline is standard across the auto transport industry and helps us secure carriers at the best possible rates.

The contract also notes that listing with multiple companies at the same time can cause scheduling conflicts and delays, since drivers will see the vehicle posted in several places. For this reason, we ask customers to allow us the full contracted time window to secure a carrier.

Our records indicate that we were actively working on your transport request when you chose to cancel. Once a deposit is made, it is applied toward scheduling and dispatching your order as outlined in the contract.

We regret that you felt communication stopped after your deposit. Our team works hard to return calls during business hours and send updates as carriers are confirmed. We never want a customer to feel left in the dark, and we’ll be reviewing this situation internally to improve communication moving forward.

Same here this man stills money from us our deposit was 200 dollars we canceled knew it would be 75.00 dollars to cancel took 150 from us he is a thief

When I initially called Wayne, the owner of Webster Hauling he told me he would set up the hauling of our vehicle, but he would need a depositI foolishly gave him our credit card number, not once but twice, as we added another vehicle to be transportedHe NEVER sent me any confirmation dates or a contract.He never even called me, I had to make a follow up phone call! He stated on the phone BOTH times we spoke that the deposit was 100% refundable should we have a change of plans! Well, guess what? We have changed our plans and Wayne now refuses to refund our $300.00!!! He never discussed our final pick up or transport dates and never sent an e mail to finalize anything! He insists on keeping our deposit and only offered to apply it to a future transport! Why would we even consider doing business in the future with someone this unprofessional? I was foolish to trust him and take him at his wordI have seen after reading the other complaints that this is his MO..no refunds despite what he said he would do! Do not use this hauler!

All of our transports are booked with a signed agreement that clearly outlines the 1–10 business day pickup window from the date the vehicle is available. This standard time frame allows us to secure reliable drivers while keeping costs competitive for our customers.

Deposits are applied toward the scheduling and dispatch process. As noted in the contract, deposits are refundable only if a carrier is not assigned within that 1–10 business day window.

In this case, the request to cancel came before the contract terms were fulfilled. While we were not obligated to issue a refund, we did extend a courtesy offer to apply the deposit toward a future transport if needed.

Per the contract, we call, text, and email customers whenever there is a change in the status of their vehicle move. Final pickup and delivery details are confirmed as soon as a driver is assigned. In this case, emails were sent out, and we apologize if you did not receive them — we encourage you to check your spam or junk folder just in case.

We understand that plans sometimes change, and we regret that this led to frustration. Our goal is always to provide honest communication and dependable service, and we will continue to improve wherever possible.

I contacted Webster to have 2 vehicles shipped across country. They said it could be done easily. They collected a 300.00 deposit to start the process and said I would be contacted within 7 to 10 days for shipping my vehicle. I called several times and got "still looking for a driver". It has been 14 days and they have still not gotten a date set up for car transport. I contacted them and told them I wanted my money back and I was cancelling the request, to them, for car transport services. They were very nice until they got my money and then the service stopped.

Our contracts explain that the 1–10 business day pickup window begins when the vehicle is first available for transport, not on the date the order is placed. In this case, the vehicle had only been available for four days when the concerns were raised.

We do respond to all calls, texts, and emails. At times there may be a delay if we are assisting other customers, but we make every effort to return communication as quickly as possible.

If a vehicle is not assigned to a carrier by the end of the 10 business day window, a refund is issued. This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure fairness.

For customers who need a vehicle moved faster than the standard 1–10 business days, expedited service is available, though it typically comes at a higher cost. Our standard pricing is designed to keep costs down for customers who have flexibility on timing.

We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide reliable service at a fair price, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve.
