I am rejecting this response because:When I called in for service the complaint was that the system is not working and has not been working for over month I never said that I have a leak and I need it fixed I needed the system to be fixed Not sure what was written on the work order and when or how that is relevant to my complaint My system was not working- I called a company to come in to diagnose and possibly fix it The company did some work before properly inspecting and testing the equipment to ensure that it would work after their procedures are performed. All they had to do is test the compressor before doing anything else- here is a link of where they can see how it is done in case they do not know http://www.hvactrainingsolutions.net/troubleshooting-air-conditioning-compressor...⇄ The company did not follow industry practices and skipped checking the compressor, either because they were lazy or clearly because they do not care about the customer and are looking to charge the customer even when bring no value This company continues to deny their wrong because making money is more important to them then honesty and treating people fairly

The original work order states "Unit is out of freonCheck for leak." We have no way of knowing this unless that was the customer's complaint as the work order is written when a customer calls We have been in business almost years and would not remain in business if we treated customers unfairly or performed unnecessary services We apologize that the customer is unsatisfied, but we did nothing wrong We did what we could to resolve the issue

When the customer called our office he stated that he knew his unit was out of freon He wanted us to find the leak on his system, which we did and repaired the leak and filled the system with freon Only then did we find that the compressor was bad To show good faith we gave the
customer a price to replace the unit and offered to deduct the $off the price of the replacement The customer refused this offer
