Mrs [redacted] just filed a complaint with the CFPB on 12-15-that we responded to with proof of the debt which included, a signed contract and also a copy of an nsf check that was unpaid as well for the same companyShe did not mention paying the debt on that complaint like she has done with this oneOut of caution we contacted our client and verified that neither the balance of the contract nor the returned check has been paidIf Mrs [redacted] would like to provide proof of payment we would be happy to discuss the matter further with our client

I have no problem with refunding the customer the Diagnosis fee however I would like to see a copy of the work that was preformed at the other facility and clarify the issueIn reviewing the pone calls from the cr on file, the customer called in on October stating that her vehicle was being towed inThat when she tried to start it died and when she tried to start it again it just made an ert noiseWhen the vehicle arrived service started it times with no problem, as noted on the customers copyThe customer was called the next morning to get a better description of what the concern actually was as it was passing all tests and there were no fault codes stored in the computer system The customer stated that that weeks prior it had stalled but started back upThe customer was informed the next day that we got it to act up time but it was so quick that it did not register any malfunction dataThat we need to confirm it again with all the test equipment hook up to determine the root causeWe never stated that the vehicle was ok, the customer wanted there vehicle backHence a week later it stalled again, these types of interment concerns are difficult to diagnosis until they set a code or a complete failure of the componentSo if the customer can send the work order I will gladly refund the diagnosis fee

Revdex.com: I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meWork will be completed for $

Mr [redacted] has mentioned several issues he personally had during this time of serviceAt no time did Mr [redacted] mention any of this information to us when we discussed his accountWe have no control over Mr [redacted] s personal issues regarding his inability to access the property that he admitted he was the [redacted] toMr [redacted] ordered and signed for the service which was a month agreement and when we discussed the matter with him he refused to pay more than $We accepted his payment and closed the account as a disputeWe also informed him the remaining balance would be reported to the credit bureaus if he did not pay itAt this time Mr [redacted] has the option to pay the balance or it will remain on his creditWe do not buy debt, we simply report the unpaid balances for our clients

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They still are not addressing the fact the agent whom I last spoke to was very rude and did not ever tell me to calm down and did tell me I was being hostile and talking over them!...that kind of treatment is unacceptableAnd furthermore, I move on June and forwarded my mail and never did receive any such correspondence Also, they may advise me of who the company- their client isI will not call them again and subject myself to such rudeness Regards, [redacted]

First of all let me state that all our phone calls are recorded and logged (I attached the log). I have reviewed all the incoming and out going calls. I have listened to the calls and what the customer states is just not what the phone records and recording reveal. The vehicle was written... up and inspected on June 8th, and parts need to be ordered. First of all she states that she was told that the vehicle would be done at 2pm, that is incorrect. June 9 2015 the advisor told her at 1.05 pm that the part just got here, and that the technician did not come in until 2 pm, that her vehicle would be ready late afternoon or sometime that evening. She came in at 6pm and stated to another advisor that she was told that her car would be done at 2pm it was not done yet but was advised we would call when it was. She was called at 8:10 pm and advised that the vehicle was completed. The next call was June 10 at 7:05pm she spoke with our General Sales manager, she advised him that she notice damage to her vehicle and that she had called in earlier and left 2 messages for manages and she had not received a call back. On June 11 2015 the service manager called the customer, so it was NOT 2 weeks as she states. On June 23, I called and spoke to [redacted] and advised her about the calls and advised her that since she did not report any damage until late the next day after picking up her vehicle that we would not assume any responsibility. That the damage could have happened at her apartment, work or any place she might have been. That she had not been truthful in her statements. I gladly invite someone from the BBB to come in and listen to the phone recordings. The customer has also put these false statements on social media and I am in contact with our legal department since we do have the actual recording and phone logs which contradict what the customer states. No further action in regards to this consumer.

Mrs***'s complaint that the collector was "extremely rude and condescending" is falseI listened to the entire recording and at no time was [redacted] either [redacted] spoke with her for almost minutes listening and trying to explain her balance to herSeveral times [redacted] told her she would send the charges once we received them from our clientAt no time did she raise her voice or talk down to Mrs***

Please be advised that I could not find information under the customers name on this complaintIn cross referencing the phone number I did find a customer [redacted] .Upon our first inspection of the vehicle we advised the customer that he could pick up his vehicle that we did not want to work on itIt was apparent that some one else had been in there working on the engine, there were lots of installation concernsAfter discussions with the customer and our advisor we agreed to only check out the driveabilty concerns and the blowing of black smokeThe vehicle still had installation concerns which were noted on the repair order and is noted that those issues should be address with who installed the engine Our advisor called the customer and left a message on Jan for him to contact us that we would as a matter of goodwill work with him on this oil leak issue but the customer had not returned the callThe estimate is approximately $ and we would do the repair for $

The first letter we sent on June 1st did not have her apartment# and may not have been receivedHowever, the letter we sent on June 29th, was mailed to [redacted] ***, which is the same address Mrs [redacted] gave to us when we spoke with her the first time on June 29th, We did not receive any mail return or forwarding address from this one she gave to usThe next conversation we had with Mrs [redacted] was on July 2nd, and she advised us that she was dealing with our client and would not discuss the account with us at that timeMaybe Mrs [redacted] has us confused with another company since she is saying she "did not know what this was for"With out going into detail this is NOT related to a medical expenseIf Mrs [redacted] would like additional information on her account, she is more than welcome to call and request the data be sent to her

I suppose Mrs [redacted] is going to reject any response I provide on this account rather than call us to try and resolve her year old debtHad we not reported it to the credit bureaus I doubt there would be any correspondence at all from herThe facts remain she did not pay her medical debts that is why she was placed in collections to begin withWe are certainly allowed to collect on this debt, and report it to the credit bureaus as we are under contract to do so with our client

We received this account from our client on 10-06-2011, and sent notification to Mr [redacted] the account was placed for collectionsOn 10-17-2011, Mr [redacted] claimed our client only serviced his property one time and requested the charges be sent to himOn 10-27-2011, we sent a copy of the signed contract along with the payment history and service history to Mr [redacted] which I have attachedMr [redacted] admitted he was the [redacted] and the service was for his [redacted] Mr [redacted] is now saying he never had access to this propertyOn 11-17-2011, Mr [redacted] said he would only pay $towards the debt and wanted to dispute the rest of the balanceWe accepted his $and placed the account in a disputed statusAt no time did MG Credit or [redacted] agree to delete this item from his credit or relieve him of the balanceAs a matter of fact, Mr [redacted] was told the remaining balance would stay on his credit as a dispute
