Not good got charged for the tech coming out hrs lateTold me when he got out of truck he had nothing to do the job with, and could try to do with pliers but could break cartridge off and would take hours if that happen, and it had been a long dayGot tied up was supposed to be there at 3pmGot there at pmSaid we would do at later date, came Thursday got job done, cost $dollar to get cartridge out of shower and put one in I had bought, told mother in law he had to charge for coming Tuesday even though he did nothing, charged $dollars an hour this company is a rip off,Owner wanted me to call, I did next morning he answered said he would get backas of Saturday night still have not heard from himRichard W*** owner

Our water heater went out and within 1/hour of calling Webster & Sons they were here for an estimate and the work was completed same afternoon outstanding service!

I had a drain clogged and my wife found them on craigslist. Not only were they very professional, polite, and explained everything that they were doing, they both took pride in their work. They were not able to come out until the next day and when I called back to speak with Ashley they were able to send them out the same day I called them.Not only did they fix the problem but they also checked it four times to make sure that it was unclogged and there were no leaks. I would recommend them to everybody that needs a plumbing service they deffinately have my business for life. Thank you again for your speedy service with a friendly smile.

Webster & Sons ...Fixed a spigot on the outside of our house !! They were prompt & on time !! The problem was fixed in No time flat !! I would recommend these Guys to anyone who has a plumbing problem !!

Moved into an older rental home with no water. Drew and Devin W[redacted] came promptly in a van packed full of supplies to help. The team spent hours each day working hard underneath the crawl space of our home, repairing multiple leaks, putting in pipes and giving us a whole new plumbing/water system. Not only did they work hard, purchase and bring with them all items needed, they go the extra mile to make sure things were done right. Webster & Sons maintained friendly attitudes and even came back the very next day to put in new working bathtub fixtures and faucets. Since the home is much older, reaching pipes was clearly a difficult task but they worked away with no complaints. They replaced drywall, and made pipes accessible for any future needs. They made sure washer/dryer hookups as well as outdoor water access areas were replaced. I am simply amazed at the superior all around service I received and will continue using Webster & Sons as my go to Bathroom remodel and plumbing needs. Excellent job.

I am extremely pleased with my interaction with Webster & Sons Plumbing Repair! I had a water emergency and they arrived within thirty minutes of my call. The men were professional, courteous and they explained what the problem was and how the repair would take place. Their price was reasonable and I would recommend them highly.

I contacted Webster & Sons late last month to quote the cost to replace our natural gas water heater. They were on time for the appointment, they quickly assessed what was needed to do the job, installed the new water heater and cleaned up the work site in less than 3 1/2 hours!!!

I had a leak in my crawl space due to a water line that fed an outside spiggot. I called a well known plumbing contrator based in High Point and, to say the least, their customer service and communication with the customer was pathetic/non-existent. I fired the contractor and called Webster the following morning. Webster was at the house that same afternoon and repaired the leak in no time. Water problem solved! This is a family run business and they made me feel liked a valued customer. I will absolutely use them for future plumbing issues.

I used Webster and Sons to sub-meter a 240 unit apartment complex in Winston Salem. They brought several crews out and finished ahead of schedule, and were easy to work with. I have to say they are the best plumber I've worked with in over 20 years of Property Management.

We had a the cable guy come out to re locate the cable line underneath the house. The guy was hanging the cable and shot a screw right through our water pipe. We did not know where the water cut off was at. We googled for a plumber to come out. We called Webster & Sons plumbing! The lady in the office was very nice. She said they would get a tech out within 30 mins. Austin with Webster & Sons plumbing showed up and fixed our problem. He was professional and knew what was going on as soon as he went into our crawl space. Where the water line had busted. They fixed our line and was reasonably priced. Thanks Webster & Sons!!!
