Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/10/20) */ To Whom it may concern, On behalf of Webster Wellness we are responding to the consumer issue with a case number of XXXXXXX We show no record of receiving the initial notification referenced as 09/30/and would have responded timely if we had received that correspondence Due to existing privacy laws we cannot provide specific details related to this matter other than the information listed below We are in the process of doing a comprehensive review of all issues related to this consumer outlined in your letter dated 10/16/and will reply in writing with our findings directly to the consumer within business days Our initial determination indicates that two of the three of her accounts will be written off as a timely filing billing courtesy and the consumer will not be responsible for any balances remainingOne of the outstanding items will require us to follow up with the consumer's insurance providerAfter their processing of this matter, any portion remaining that the consumer would owe will be written off as a billing courtesy We hope this satisfies the consumers concerns and look forward to any additional information that may assist us with this matter

We are in the process of doing a comprehensive review of all issues related to this consumer outlined in your letter dated 10/16/2015 and will reply in writing with our findings directly to the consumer within 14 business days.
Our initial determination indicates that two of the three of her accounts will be written off as a timely filing billing courtesy and the consumer will not be responsible for any balances remaining. One of the outstanding items will require us to follow up with the consumer's insurance provider. After their processing of this matter, any portion remaining that the consumer would owe will be written off as a billing courtesy.
We hope this satisfies the consumers concerns and look forward to any additional information that may assist us with this matter.
