Review: we purchased a heat pump air and heating unit from Jason W[redacted]r...we have had trouble with it since the start...he replaced parts a couple times.....the outside unit is making noise, and we have been running on emergency heat setting, it is now time for air conditioner, and I can't get Jason to return my calls..his main business number is disconnected, I called and left messages three or four times, and then all of a sudden, the phone is disconnected. I also located his cell, and left a message for him to call me, even, if it was to tell me,he went out of business, and to please give me a phone number of someone else who carries air temp....he is very unprofessional.we pID OVER $5000.000FOR THIS UNIT, ON AUGUST 19 2014, AND EXPECTED IT TO LAST A FEW YEARS. HIS CELL NUMBER IS ###-###-####. WE FEEL WE HAVE A LEMON. I contacted, air temp, and haven't heard back from them as yet, either.I have made several calls to the business before the number was disconnected, and left one message at his house, and just yesterday, left a message on his cell. the fact that I am being ignored on this matter is what has caused me to make a complaint.Desired Settlement: I want it replaced or fixed, and the courtesy of a response.
