I opened an account through the webull app a few weeks back. I logged into the app yesterday to do some trading, and all my info was gone. All my stocks and money was gone. These people need to be held accountable. Not sure where my money is, but they need to return it. They are a huge scam.

At first I thought this brokerage was wonderful but once I started running into issues I noticed that their help line is very slow and bad. I’ve been waiting to resolve an issue for 3-4 days now. Very disappointed. This brokerage is trash. I will probably switch to . I also reached out on via *** and they were being rude and a *** about their respond. VERY unprofessional

WARNING! Do not apply for a margin account! When you apply for a margin account, your account is immediately frozen for a week (or 5 business days). Nowhere in this disclosed and it’s completely unnecessary. This is so shameful as I had trouble transferring my account from another brokerage and I was treated very poorly. All of a sudden a rep reached out to me and I reluctantly decided to stay. I deposited over $25,000 and I’ve completely lost access to my funds. I can’t even sell stock because I applied for margin, which is something you automatically receive with any other brokerage! Customer service is a joke. I wish I had read reviews before I jeopardized my savings!

Charged a $75 fee to move a $5 asset from another financial investment account despite sending multiple messages to both Webull and the other financial investment party requesting a cancellation of the transaction once the fee (which was not properly disclosed) became apparent. Messages were sent shortly after the initial request in a timely fashion and records have been saved. I believe Webull dragged its feet in order to capitalize on the fee cost.

Webull Financial had not bothered to make any effort to contact me whatsoever. They are intentionally deceptive and would rather ignore a complaint than admit that deception is a core principle of their philosophy.

BEWARE! - there are numerous reasons that Webull will pause trading for any given stock at any given moment. If the ticker you have shares in has its trading paused in Webull, you will be stuck for 1-2 business days, and you too could lose 70% of your investment.
Super nice of them to NOT make you aware of this directly, the only way you find out why trading would be paused is if you review their "Help" info section. Who checks the Help info BEFORE they need help???
Webull: "The ticker changed their name? HOLY CRAP WHAT DO WE DO - Pause everything!! Don't let the retail shareholders trade!!"

Webull sent out 2 special offers, 1 to me and 1 to my wife. My offer was 20 free stocks if a deposit of $10k or more was deposited and not withdrawn during their promotion event. My wife's offer was for 5 free stocks for depositing $2k. Same terms. Their terms and conditions clearly state the promotion duration was from *** January to *** January. Funds were deposited within the promotion period and not withdrawn until the ***. I emailed them to ensure they weren't going to do something fishy as they're always having glitches not in the customers favor and their response was I didn't qualify because I withdrew the funds before claiming the free stocks.. which are to be delivered on the *** I have copies of the full terms and conditions and the only requirements set forth as required to recieve the free stocks was to deposit and not withdraw it during the promotion period.. of *** to *** Jan. They aren't responding to the emails from my account from but wrote back to my wife's account today which tells me they are blowing me off, even though I explained I would be filing formal complaints with you, the SEC and anyone else I thought would hold them accountable for advertisement fraud since they wont honor their advertised commitment. Clearly shows their disregard for both their customers and "offer and acceptance" laws! I provided them with pictures of their own offer and terms and still havent heard anything back.

I made a $150 deposit in webull and have been trading some penny stocks. in September I relocated from Denver Colorado to where I grew up in West Virginia. I had to change phone services and I received a new phone number. I have went through the process with webull to be allowed to sign into my account probably a dozen times since I have received a new phone number. I have been told a dozen different things and I have followed the instructions every single time. I can still not sign into my account and no one will help me whatsoever. At this point all I'm trying to do is get my money back.

Horrible they steal ur money! I had a reversal thought my money would be on my card in time. So I liquidated all my stock sand put 10 dollars in there to pay the 30 dollars for the reversal so that took my account down to -1.12 just deposited 20 bucks witch should of put me at +18.88 when my 20 hits the account. I wake up this morning and it's back to -31.12 and they are saying I still owe the money! I took pictures I have proof that its paid and they are playing dumb and now can't email them!! Do not use this app!!! There are so many better ones to use, that don't steal your money. Customer service is a joke, HOURS later you may get a response. They Withdrawal funds from bank, add them back, wait till you default, them charge you 30$ and lock your account for weeks. Don't bother canceling a deposit, they won't do it. I'm reporting to anyone who will listen!!! STAY AWAY FROM WEBULL!!!!! Customer service sucks. They let u deposit 1 cent and up. How does 1 cent help u buy any stock? Lowest should be posted when making a deposit and since there was none they get people by reversal fees from depositing. 30$ fee on a 1 cent deposit would make then shut ur account till they get money should be a 50$ minimum so they can take 30$ then that happens.
