They offered me $plus a free tow lol yes my vehicle is a late model (1997) but it has a new motor trans and everything under it is new! new tires and 22' rims (months old $dollarsits a 4wd all power and new a/c new brakes ! someone should have came out and taken a look before quoting a crazy price and telling me they will scrap it! All I wanted was a grand for it to buy a truck I got my grand from a local car dealer here buy WOW WHAT A CRAZY BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO WORK OR OWN WEBUYCARS.COM DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CRAZY'S! VERY RUDE AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS!

WeBuyCars.com uses illegitimate business practices, does not hold true to quotes or offers made by their staff, and lacks any assemblance of cohesion in communication between purchasing supervisors and appraisers The modus operandi is blatant "bait and switch" tactics backed up with mis-information Following the instructions of their original appraiser, I called WeBuyCars.com with the offers made by local competing similar businesses with a counter offer After reviewing the information with a purchasing supervisor, represenative in the call center agreed to my counter offer and sent a company representative Hours later a representative of WeBuyCars.com arrivedNot only was our agreement not honored, I was offered a substantial amount less than the proprietary offer they had made after much hassleWhen I contacted WeBuyCars.com to find out why our agreement was not honored suddenly the purchasing supervisors were unavailable and their representative stated they were not reachable by phone Each time I spoke to someone at WeBuyCars.com the information I was given was inaccurate and disconnected from the previous member of their staff Look for WeBuyCars.com to front load you with offers and quotes they have no intention of honoring

I just want to say how terrible of a company this isNot sure if it was the sales person I dealt with personally but it all started off with me contacting them on their website via online chatI asked them if I needed to send pictures of the damaged car and was told I should to get a quoteSent in pictures of the damaged car and was told I'd only be getting for itTold them that was too low and I would look elsewhereI then later get a phone call from someone named Marty, who might I add was being extremely aggressive about getting the saleHe then proceeded to tell me he could give me what the other company was going to give meHe comes to our house minutes late and then accuses me father of all sorts of things after seeing the carHe then asked for cash on the spot to move the car to salvage itNot only did he waste our time but he was the worst sales rep i've ever dealt withHe was ruthless and rude and unprofessionalDO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY

Today I was able to speak with a representative via the website's instant chat applicationThe agent was very quick to respond and asked the necessary questions about the vehicle I am looking to saleThey asked for the year, make, model, and eventually the VIN numberThe agent then took about 5-minutes to carry out due diligence and eventually came back with a low ball offer; lower than Kelly Blue Book and *** The bid wasn't worth my time or effort

I was on the website when a live chat session was enabled The person asked what my zipcode was to see if they serviced the area I submitted it and then they asked my car information after providing all of the information (i had a few cars) they came back and said they don't service my area Why didn't they say that upfront when they had my zipcode...ridiculous

We buy cars has been an easy process when having our junk car picked up Roger was very professional took care of all of the DMV balance for us that was in the rears. He also was there for me while I was filling out the release of liability answered any questions that I was unsure of. Thank you Roger !

I have had the worst experience with WeBuycars.com. On December 12, 2016 I requested one of their reps come take a look at my car as I was being evicted for the sitting car. They gave me a $200.00 check and had me sign the pink slip, I let them know I would not cash until the car was off the property. I took the day off from work Tuesday December 13, 2016 and waited for the company to show up as they had mentioned, but never received a call and they failed to pick up the car. On December 14, 2016 at I met with an interested buyer and was able to get the car out same day. I contacted Webuycars.com and never received a response to my cancelation of sale. On Thursday December 15, 2016 a tow truck showed up requesting to take the car. I contacted the company to let them know and was threatened by the supervisor that she would call the cops to my house. She would not provide me with a copy of the forms signed on December 12, 2016 after 2 verbal requests and 1 email request. I was told I could not speak to anyone above her and that she would not take my calls until I was calling to inform her that "her car" as she called it was ready for pickup. She mentioned that the title had already been changed and it belonged to them. She said she would get around to sending a copy of the forms when she felt like it and hung up on me.

once they hear the make and model of the car , they wont speak to you anymore unles this is a recent model car , in my opinion they are not any good, not even a price
