I have ordered from Web Vitamins for several weeks now.The product I ordered,I'm very pleased with.I could contact them by phone and they were readily available with short waiting time.I have even called them and they have always returned my phone call,if I forgot to ask a questionPersonally.I find the company to be legitimate and trust worthy

We recently received this claim for our order [redacted] (Revdex.com: [redacted] ) in response to an order for dog collars After the order was placed, one item was discontinued with our distributor and the other was on an unexpected long term backorder We communicated this to the customer and shipped ahead the one available item charging $on 5/26/ This charge included the collar for $along with the one and only shipping charge of $ On 6/4/the customer contacted us and requested that the remaining item be cancelledWe complied with this request and then received this communication from the Revdex.com We do not have inventory of these items or we would have promptly shipped them to the customer Occasionally unexpected backorders and discontinuations of products occur despite our best efforts Because the customer decided to cancel the remaining balance of her order and experienced the inconvenience caused by the backorder, we initiated a refund for her shipping cost today in the amount of $ Christy W Bartley Office Manager [email protected] Web Vitamins
