Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have told WeCan multiple times that they must keep all communications via email for documentationGiven the nature of our dispute our lawyers have discouraged us from any meetings in which we are not represented legallyAfter their response to this complaint WeCan agreed they would “download communications” as justification but we have not received them yet and as we have records of all of our communications and contracts I can’t imagine it’s anything we don’t already haveWe are waiting to review anything they produce.Apart from the invoice we reference in our initial complaint, as of this date, WeCan has not provided any documentation to show legal right to withhold funds from our brokerage deal to pay themselves $25,for consultingAs we stated, the invoice is full of inaccuracies, WeCan has been made aware of this and maintains that it is correct despite our never having signed a $25k contract and having signed and paid $5k for most of the services invoiced under the $25k price. Also included in our pending lawsuit is the fact that WeCan paid itself a 20% commission on the sale of our equipment despite this being 4x higher than the flat rate we had agreed upon (which is referenced in documented communications between the two companies many times) and 4x higher than other brokers have quoted us as standardWe referenced the exact amounts to be paid to them and deposited to us many times over the course of the transaction, including immediately before they made payment, and not once did they contradict our statements, ask to renegotiate their fees, or indicate they were not going to adhere to our agreementIn the last communication we sent before they made the payment in which they withheld the consulting/commission fees we laid out the payment plans again and provided the account information for deposit; their response was “thanks for the account info, we will proceed.” Little did we know they meant to proceed with their own plan Sincerely, [redacted] (***) [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
We have told WeCan multiple times that they must keep all communications via email for documentation. Given the nature of our dispute our lawyers have discouraged us from any meetings in which we are not represented legally. After their response to this complaint WeCan agreed they would “download communications” as justification but we have not received them yet and as we have records of all of our communications and contracts I can’t imagine it’s anything we don’t already have. We are waiting to review anything they produce.Apart from the invoice we reference in our initial complaint, as of this date, WeCan has not provided any documentation to show legal right to withhold funds from our brokerage deal to pay themselves $25,000 for consulting. As we stated, the invoice is full of inaccuracies, WeCan has been made aware of this and maintains that it is correct despite our never having signed a $25k contract and having signed and paid $5k for most of the services invoiced under the $25k price. Also included in our pending lawsuit is the fact that WeCan paid itself a 20% commission on the sale of our equipment despite this being 4x higher than the flat rate we had agreed upon (which is referenced in documented communications between the two companies many times)  and 4x higher than other brokers have quoted us as standard. We referenced the exact amounts to be paid to them and deposited to us many times over the course of the transaction, including immediately before they made payment, and not once did they contradict our statements, ask to renegotiate their fees, or indicate they were not going to adhere to our agreement. In the last communication we sent before they made the payment in which they withheld the consulting/commission fees we laid out the payment plans again and provided the account information for deposit; their response was “thanks for the account info, we will proceed.” Little did we know they meant to proceed with their own plan.

activities. We have requested with [redacted] to meet with WeCan a number of times to clarify the issues he has. To date he has refused to meet with us. He has threatened legal action which seems to be the only solution that is agreeable to [redacted]. WeCan will let the legal industry solve the differences as WeCan has a solid reputation for delivering American made quality brew products on time and with solid customer satisfaction.

WeCan has provided no evidence that they are entitled to withhold these funds. They repeat that they want to meet in person to "go over billing" an by advice of our legal counsel, we continue to repeat that we will only communicate in documented form at this point. They have had every opportunity to provide whatever information they say they have via email, or to even explain what they say they have. We are proceeding with a legal complaint and they will be served.

Please close our Revdex.com case but keep it on record. I just don't think they're going to respond with anything substantial.
Sincerely,
Mr. [redacted]
