I am writing in response to an e-mail that I received from you this morning. Please find the answers to your questions below. Have you heard from the company? NoAre you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter? No I did want you to know that we also filed a
complaint with the State of WI Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Agency on 9/22/and have not heard anything as of yet. Please let me know what else we can do. Melissa M***

The additional work requested was for some minor touchups on the great room woodwork, a rubber weather strip on the garage service door, and the replacement of a speaker screen in the basement.  I was hoping to get out there to finish - but since they have now requested a refund of the unfinished work, I am sending them a check for $150, which more than covers the remaining work
