WeCleanGarages.com (Solomon Petersen) a total SCAM
I am extremely disappointed with the way WeCleanGarages.com, particularly its owner Solomon Petersen, conducts business. We had been engaging their services for several months, and it was all sunshine and rainbows until Solomon decided to cease our business relationship. What followed was a nightmare of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility.
The crux of the issue lies in an outstanding invoice of less than $500, which has been pending since May. Initially, Solomon gave us his word that the payment would be made within 30 days. However, as soon as that deadline came and went, he conveniently vanished from our communications. When we reached out for an update, he had the audacity to request more time to settle the invoice, citing various excuses that seemed to be pulled out of thin air.
Months dragged on, and every time we inquired about the payment, Solomon Petersen had a new excuse ready. His latest excuse is the most absurd yet – he wants to pay the invoice "little by little." Little by little? Are we running a charity here? This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from an established company, and it raises serious questions about their integrity and commitment to fulfilling their financial obligations.
To add insult to injury, we have attached screenshots of our conversations as evidence of this fiasco. These screenshots clearly illustrate Solomon's broken promises and evasive tactics. It's astonishing that a business owner would resort to such unprofessionalism and disrespect towards their clients.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with WeCleanGarages.com or Solomon Petersen to think twice. If this is how they treat their clients and their financial responsibilities, it speaks volumes about their overall business ethics. Our experience with WeCleanGarages.com has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Our negative experience with this business clearly is not a one-time occurrence or mishap, but rather a pattern of behavior. I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AND ENCOURAGE ALL OTHERS who have had a similar experience with their refund TO REACH OUT TO ME, so that I can have my attorney contact you directly.
I hope that the owner, Mr. Solomon Petersen, does not try to libel my name or discredit my claim as he has attempted to do to other customers who have left their reviews. I have included screenshots of my written communication exchanges with WeCleanGarages.com on my Google Review for full transparency and to avoid possible false statements that they may make in response to this review.
I originally had contracted this service (the $299.00 package) on 01/30/2023 as a birthday gift and surprise for my husband. A positive thought and good intention has now been turned into a nightmare. The horrible experience already started with scheduling, which lacked professionalism, responsiveness, timeliness, and consistency. Once it was confirmed that they would come on 02/18/2023 between 9AM-1PM, I received a call and text message on 02/17/2023 informing us that they "wouldn't be able to do the job this weekend" and that they would have to reschedule for some time in April! I cancelled the service and asked for a refund on 02/17/2023 and was told that I would be receiving it within a week/5 business days. As you can see in the screenshots attached to this review, I did not receive the refund in the quoted timeframe and was then newly quoted that "the refund will be finished by the end of the month" of March. Then in April I was again quoted a new time frame stating that "before April is over you will have it back." which needless to say did not happen. On 05/02/2023 I was told that they would commit to "begin payment back today via CashApp until the balance is paid in full", which once again is a commitment that they have not kept. We received a CashApp payment of $50 on 05/02/2023, and a payment of $20 on 05/15/2023. No other payments have been received to this date and they have been dragging the refund out since February 2023. As you can see, we have been more than patient and understanding with this company. We have given them ample opportunities to make this right. I informed WeCleanGarages.com on 05/15/2023 that I was giving them until 05/19/2023 by end of business day to refund the remaining $229.00 or I will be pursuing legal action. Payment has not been remitted.
I should have done my research about this company beforehand, because I would have read so many reviews of other customers sharing similar experiences and reporting how months/years later they still have not received their money back. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale to others who read it, so that they do not have to go through this horrible experience too.
Bought an Amazon Local voucher and it took weeks to get ahold of somebody and make an appointmentThey never showed upI was able to make another appointment and they didn't show up then eitherMy theory is if you don't buy their upgrade they have no intention of ever honoring the voucherDon't waste your time
I purchased a *** voucher for this service in Aug It is Aug and they still have not perfomed the service Their website asks you to register dates and someone will get back to you (they do NOT) I have the entire email trails from the scheduling manager *** and schedulers *** & *** and about dates each month they schedule only to cancel WHY? I talked to *** their Scheduling manager (FINALLY) after going thru *** other schedulers via email and months of back and forth He said that the reason they had to keep rescheduling is because they schedule full paying customers first and voucher people last They kept moving me (and all the other voucher purchasers) down the list in favor of the full paying customers DO NOT think they will honor vouchers, they want you to upgrade or pay full price before they will actually show up Sometimes their excuse was because it was winter, it was snowing then no excuses, just emailing asking you to give them more dates only to cancel those dates!
WeCleanGarages is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a voucher from Amazon Local to have my garage cleaned.
I contacted them in early May.
After complaining, finally got someone to respond to me in July.
They emailed me back in July to reschedule for late July.
They emailed me back in late July to reschedule for August.
They emailed me back in August to reschedule for late September.
I called Amazon Local to get a refund and have Amazon launch an investigation against this POS company.
