The builder uses canned excuses like this or avoids the client and doesn't return phone calls. Let's stick to facts...The flood and water damage happened on June 11th, 2015. It is now August 5th and the damage from the water to the drywall, ceiling and floors have yet to be fixed. Furthermore we have a list of 40 other items some or which are still from pre possession walk thru that have not been addressed yet.
It has gotten so bad that we have had to get [redacted] involved. They are currently sending a 3rd party in to our home at the builders expense to assess the situation. This builder deserves nothing more than a "D" rating in my opinion.

Attached is a copy of the Pre-Occupancy Inspection Report. I had been misinformed regarding the staining of the Pergola, as it is detailed on the report. Service has communicated that the pergola cannot be stained for approximately one year, due to the green pressure treated chemical that will bleed through when the wood gets wet. One this bleeding process is done, than the pergola can be stained.
[redacted] (Site Sup) and the homeowners have been in constant communication addressing this list, along with the list provided by [redacted] to resolve and finish all outstanding items.

This response about the pergola speaks volumes to the incompetence, lack of communication and unprofessionalism of [redacted] and the rest of this company! Only when a client gets lawyers, Revdex.com, [redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted] involved does anything get done. If you are reading this do yourself a HUGE favour and do your research before making the biggest mistake of your life!!!
