I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I finally received my refund on April *, I am grateful to have my money back I am writing this reply because I am bothered that it took weeks for my money to be returned and it was only returned after I repeatedly hounded the seller Also, the seller's response is in conflict with what *** told me *** informed me that they attempted to obtain a refund from the seller on March **, but the seller's bank had insufficient funds for the refund According to ***, the funds weren't available until they tried again in early April, The seller did NOT refund my money in the 10-business days, as promised on their website The refund was requested February **, but did not actually occur until April *, 2016, and this was only after I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and with ***

[redacted]     We have contacted the client in regards to the mentioned order and informed them via email that their  refund will be processed within 15-20 business days, as stated in our policies. We did not charge their card, as client claims. This transaction was paid via [redacted] and was already paid at the same instant that the client placed their order online, therefore the following day was put in to the refund process. We do not have, nor have we ever had,  any of the clients credit card info.     Resolution:  Customer has already been refunded, as promised. [redacted] simply has taken a few extra days for the refund to go through. This is not something that is in our hands. I personally have contacted [redacted] yesterday and they said it should appear in clients account within the next 48 hours.  We have processed this refund via [redacted] with transaction ID [redacted]

Revdex.com:There was a miscommunication with Wedding Bands Wholesale Inc.  After numerous conversations with [redacted] whom called me even on the weekend when they were closed,  we realized that they had my email incorrect and I wasn't recieving any correspondence through them....

 There was a delay on my ring because it was custom made.  [redacted] called me and apologized about the delay and shipped my ring via [redacted] overnight.  I should recieve the ring on Monday.  After my email was corrected, correspondences previously sent to me, I recieved along with tracking number of my shipped ring.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
