Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their response has multiple fabricationsFirst I never gained 10lbsI go to a personal trainer and have been for the last two yearsShe has records of my weights and exact measurements for the last two yearsI was nervous and excited to try on the dress because I had never tried the gown on everThey did measure my hips with the dress on that contains multiple facets of beading and sequinsNot once did they measure just the dress alone Second when I met with the seamstress Amy for my first fitting, the first thing she said to me is there is nothing I can do for youIt wasn't until Tina begged her that she offered me the sampleI did not accept the sample because it was not the color I had orderedAfter some time I took my dress to another seamstress not associated with Wedding BellesThe professional seamstress measured the dress in front of me only to find the dress hip inseam was cut to 32inchesOnce compared with the brand measuring charts the dress was suppose to be cut to a minimum of 3/inch hip inseamThis professional told me even if I lose weight or inches this dress would never fit meSo this is when I brought it to the store and spoke to Tina directlyI asked for a refund or my dress in the correct sizeTina started to measure the hip inseam of the dress and quickly took the measuring tape away, saying "I don't know how to do this." My Matron of Honor was with me the whole time as a witnessI have been insulted multiple times about my weight when first off I did not gain more than lbs and second the dress was cut to the wrong sizeI clearly told them I want the size dress I paid for Third I have had to call the business every time in order to get any and all informationWhen calling I was always given vague responses, such as they are a team of professionals and that were working on itI was never told specifics like if I was receiving a new dress or if they were adding fabric to my old dress I was called once on my house phone and left a messageI have all my home and cell phone records to prove the number of times I calledI had called the day I submitted the Revdex.com complaint and spoke to TerriShe said she was going to call the companyShe never told me she would call me back or that the company was in ChinaOriginally Tina had said the manufacturer was in California and that is where they would be shipping my dress back toIt wasn't until the day after I submitted the Revdex.com claim that I was told the dress was coming from China, NOT CaliforniaShe was then able to give me a date a new dress would be coming and was able to give me an appointment with their seamstressI was also asked about this claim and once again harassed that I had gained weightIt is injustice and unprofessional that the business keeps associating my weight when I am just asking that the dress be the size I paid $2,for I acknowledge that I signed a contract, to provide me with a product that is a specific sizeIt has nothing to do with my current sizeThey never even re-measured me before sending the dress backThe second professional seamstress clearly stated this dress was not a size that I had ordered I have every right for a refund due to a defective product/merchandiseI ordered a product, a wedding gown, at specific dimensions, a hip inseam of 3/and was not given thatThis is a breach of contract and I am entitled to a full refundNothing will repay the amount of stress and heartache of waiting to wear my dream wedding dressI worked two jobs to be able to buy the dress of my dreamsI have yet to receive itMy wedding is 3/17/and I originally bought this dress in July They measured me wrong and my weight has nothing to do with the fact that the dress was the wrong sizeEven if I gained the lbs they said, there is no way I gained inchesI weigh less than lbs there is no reason a woman my size should have any issues fitting into my wedding gownInstead of taking responsibility that they may have measured me wrong, they quickly put all the blame on me and told me there was nothing they could do Regards, [redacted]

We had a custom made dress made for [redacted] toaccommodate her new hip measurements She came in on Tuesday march th and we surprised her with a new custom made dress made from her designer the designer is in California and the factory is in china where they make the gowns , Tina did not tell her she was having it made custom to fit her new measurements , she wanted to surprise her and make sure it was perfect to fit her She just wanted to make her a happy bride and begged the company to make it custom measurements for her l [redacted] was estatic ! She is a happy bride and she has a custom made gown from the designer which would cost her a lot more if we had ordered it custom made We went over and above to make her happy and to make her wear her dream gown, she looks gorgeous in her new custom made gown We worked effortlessly to make this's happen l Tina talked to the company daily we did a lot behind the scenes to make this happen!! We assured the bride she would have her gown and we made it happen with a custom made gown !! She met with the seamstress and will have her gown for her wedding march th.We prefer not to rehash this we know we did everything to make her happy and went over and above what any other bridal store would do We just want [redacted] to walk down the aisle in her dream KittyChen gown and she will ! We wish her much love and happiness

[redacted] gown came in December 20th she came in to try it on and she and her friend had told co owner Terry that she was concerned that she had gained 10 pounds and that she also was working out and doing squats and built her buttocks up she  tried on the gown and it was tight in...

the hips and buttocks . Brittani our sale associate measured [redacted] she had gained 3 inches in her hip area .Terry scheduled her with our  seamstress on January 17 after holidays . The seamstress met her gave her options and offered to fit her in the gown , we offered her the  sample gown in our store but  it was not the color she liked . We called the company to see if we could even order a new one and there was not enough time to get a new gown they take 5-7 months We did tell her it would be at her cost they do not return gowns. Once a gown is special ordered there are no returns , we can't  return to factory and client signs contract it's her gown .  She said she was dieting and would come in two weeks to see how gown fit and meet with seamstress . She set up another fitting with seamstress , in the mean time she picked up the gown and went to another seamstress who also sells bridal gowns.  She told her the gown was cut to small in the hips , the store did not know the bride had gained  3 inches and weight since she ordered  gown .The bride brought the gown back to us on January 30 th we called the company and asked if they could do something for our bride to accommodate her measurements and sent it back immediately to the designer for inspection  , we told the bride it would take 7-10 days to get an answer . We reassured her we would do our best to get her gown sized to fit her  but we needed to hear from company if there was anything they could do . She never asked for her money back and since she had gained weight and inches she was not entitled to her money back , it states on  contract that she signed . We assured her we would talk to designer and see what they could do to accommodate her measurements . Tina co owner called her 2/9 told her not to worry the designer was involved herself and assured her she would have her gown fit her  hip measurements. Tina told her that the company is overseas and it would take a few weeks to get done she also told her that our seamstress we work with would hem it and do her alterations as soon as gown arrived not to worry . [redacted] was very happy and said thank you .  Tina left her a message  on 2/14 and  told her they were working on gown at factory and we would call her when we have estimated ship  date.On 2/21 [redacted] called store and asked estimated ship date Terry told her we would check with company and call her when we heard . Tina asked the company and they needed to speak with factory which is overseas they replied to us  after business hours , we called them first thing Wednesday 2/22 they are pacific time and got the estimated arrival date march 7 th . In the mean time we got this complaint  . We are baffled we have bent over backwards helping her get her dream gown and making sure it fits her . The client did gain weight and she signed a contract and we are doing everything to maker her dreams come true . We did nothing but help her . She signed contract with her measurements and size and she had gained since the time she special ordered gown . We love our brides and we strive to make their dreams come true that is why we sent gown back and asked designer to help us make it happen for her .  Terry called [redacted] told her estimated ship date and also set her up for an appointment with our seamstress march 7 th .  she did mention to her that we were surprised she made a complainant  when we are doing everything to help her wear her dream gown she said she would take complaint  down if it fits . We do know that she also purchased another dress at the place that told her the gown was cut smaller . [redacted] never told us that , we have done everything to make her wear her dream gown when most boutiques would say it's your gown , we went above and beyond and asked the designer to help us accommodate her new measurements and make her a happy bride.We are looking forward to receiving her gown that the designer is remaking to accommodate her .  We are looking forward to her wearing her dream gown and making her a happy belle .
