this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Due to *** lack of response to my calls and emails we had agreed he would provide a preview of our video, before we paid the remaining balance. Over time he promised countless completion deadlines that he then failed to meetHe was non-responsive to my attempts to get in touch with him and it became evident he had little intention of providing a preview I tried getting in contact with him countless times to answer my questions and determine the actual time frame of completionI asked if paying the balance would mean that he would move forward with our editing, however, again received no response. We are fully willing to pay the remaining balance if we receive the product we were promised within the agreed upon weeks of your receiving payment. It is my hope that we are able to resolve this in a timely mannerOn our 2nd anniversary this August, my husband and I hope to be able to watch our wedding video, with similar to the quality of those we saw on *** website, which was the reason we selected him as our videographer years ago.

For all post-wedding options I'll send out an invoice when they are ready to be shippedUnedited Content can be sent right away If you chose a Featurette or Documentary your name goes on a list for editing and the invoice is sent out when your name comes up to the top
June 20,
Thank you for the information! I've made a note of the new address I've been hesitant to send out the invoice for the editing - I want to be absolutely sure that I am able to complete it within 3-weeks of receiving payment without rushing I wish I could guarantee that I will get to it by your anniversary but I can't - I will try though I've made a note on my calendar to send out the invoice for the editing in early July I evaluate then if it looks like I'll be able to get it done.
August 10,
I've attached the invoice for the documentary which puts it on a confirmed completion in September

As contracted the coverage was supplied, the unedited content was delivered and a highlights montage was provided online after the event:

highlights montage and have failed to do soI will complete and deliver the edit no later than December 1, or sooner as time allowsThe final payment ($500) has not be paid nor will it be due upon completion, as contracted

Thank you for the information!  I've made a note of the new address.  I've been hesitant to send out the invoice for the editing - I want to be absolutely sure that I am able to complete it within 3-4 weeks of receiving payment without rushing.  I wish I could guarantee that I will get to it by your anniversary but I can't - I will try though.   I've made a note on my calendar to send out the invoice for the editing in early July.  I evaluate then if it looks like I'll be able to get it done.

I've attached the invoice for the documentary which puts it on a confirmed completion  in September.

As contracted the coverage was supplied, the unedited content was delivered and a highlights montage was provided online after the event:  www.weddingfilms.com/bridgetandbrian    (Movie webpage has been updated for modern internet browsers.)I promised to expand the highlights montage...

and have failed to do so. I will complete and deliver the edit no later than December 1, 2016 or sooner as time allows. The final payment ($500) has not be paid nor will it be due upon completion, as contracted.

Contact has been initiated and a resolution will be made.

[redacted] and [redacted]' wedding was contracted under the terms that the coverage is paid for by the day of the wedding and the editing is an additional cost which is invoiced after the event. I only collect the editing payment when I am ready to complete it. No editing fee has been collected from [redacted]...

and [redacted].  A highlights was provided promptly at no charge:  http://www.weddingfilms.com/[redacted]   There was no correspondence between July, 2012 and September, 2016 when I received an email regarding the editing. I responded that I'd schedule the edit after those that I'd already committed to. I replied, "I have an invoice ready and will send it when I’m a week away from starting your edit." That invoice was sent attached to an email on November 9, 2016 so as to leave the standard 4-6 weeks to complete it by the end of the year. No payment has been received so the edit has not been completed. The invoice will be resent.

This Highlights will be completed by November 14 or sooner and will be much longer than the paid-for edit.  Total contracted is $1490 and does not include a completion date. Signed contract available upon request.

I was married in 2007 and hired Wedding Films for our big day. After several years of emailing and complaining, I finally received my raw footage. It is 2015, and I have yet to receive the final product. Very disappointed and the owner has promised resolution over and over again.
