My mother died My daughter and I paid for the arrangement, "Sweet Freesia Basket" On the phone I requested two lavender roses be included They charged me extra for that
What arrived was a basket with the Freesia, but no daisies as advertised and shown on their website and no roses, that I paid extra for Maybe they thought I wasn't going to be at my mother's funeral or just wouldn't notice
When I called them after the funeral, I was told 'oh, they didn't have lavender roses so they just put more other flowers in.' I told them had they called me I could have chosen different color roses They would not adjust the cost I paid for the cheaper white filler flowers they substituted for the daisies, nor for the roses they never put in
They are unprofessional with owning up to their shoddy and shameless switching from what they advertise to something cheaper to make more profit
This is a warning that they cannot be trusted to do as they say
