Just noticed that the customer rejected our response and stated that he did not transverse our number and also has an issue with the number *** not being listed as our number. Our main line is *** or ***. *** is an additional land line as a business with multiple phone lines, each one has a separate numberWe have a total of lines including our faxWe have never had anyone tell us that we were calling from a disconnected number or from *** until Mr***
As previously stated, we are very sorry that he was called and have removed his number from our call listsWe would have removed him from the list as soon as he requested had he spoken to usAgain, this was not a robocall and he is no longer on our lists, we do not know how else to solve the problem, other than never contacting him in the future

We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by calling this person 1 time.  We do NOT have a robocall system.  Also, the number that is listed by the complainant in the complaint is incorrect.  The digits are inverted. The correct number is: [redacted]. This IS...

a working number.We called our number listing service today (2/2/18) and they promptly removed his phone number from the database and he will never receive a call again. I do want to reiterate that we only called 1 time and never spoke withMr. [redacted], otherwise we would have removed his number right away.  It is unfortunate that the person wrote down the incorrect phone number, however that is not something we could of prevented.
