Our client has been asked several times for her patienceWe have told her everything will be done ASAPOur contracts clearly state approximately week for completion once final production order is submittedThis order was submitted on January 22, This client is a good customer and
we are not sure why she doesn't understand that we need the proper amount of time to do a good jobThe order will be ready no later than May 10,

Our contract states that the final balance is due within days of the wedding dateMs***'s wedding was October 4, however final payment was not received until January 9, 2015, months late! Regardless we do require day from the time final payment is made to forward the proofs,
ie February 9th.Ms*** picked up her proof CD today at our Fairfield location.This complaint is completely unjustified as her proofs were done in a timely manorIt has only been weeks since the payment was madeIn addition our 1-# is 100% okIt would be appreciated if you contact Ms*** to confirm her receipt of the proof CD and not count this complaint in our file.Thank you.WPC

I am rejecting this response because:
True enough we were late making the last payment, but we did call to make arrangements to let them know we were going to make that payment late. I also have a canceled check where the owner cashed my check on 1/5/15 thru Valley National Bank. Also, we did pick up the proof cd today 2/6/15, but we still are owed our wedding DVD and our final wedding album.  When we spoke to the owner today, he told us that he would send us a link thru e-mail today so we could pick out what pictures we wanted in our final album and send them to him instead of traveling back to his office.  I have yet to receive same. Also, in that same conversation we were told that it would take 8 weeks to receive the finished album and that we would have to make an appointment to come up there to do a final edit for the DVD (i.e. add any music or pictures, etc)

I am rejecting this response because:They do not return phone calls and when I can* get someone on the phone I am brushed off and never given a response: still waiting for someone to "call me back" from March 24th.  I DO NOT WISH TO SPEAK TO A RECEPTIONIST, I wish to speak with the person whom I have given over 4000$ already. This person is "Nick." It has been over 6 months since my wedding and I feel that they are not prioritizing getting me my photos. UNREAL AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

[redacted] was married more than 2 years ago. On July 14, 2014 Ms. [redacted] came to our office to finalize their wedding package. Please note it took them 15 months to do this?[redacted] choose to add additional items totaling $679+tax. She left a $200 deposit with a promise to forward the...

balance ASAP. Despite repeated phone calls, emails and voice messages [redacted] still has an outstanding balance of $529.59.  If her balance is paid no later than July 1, 2015 we will (almost a year after she promised payment) we will gladly forward her order. Once again a bill was sent to both [redacted] and her husband prior to writing this response.

The client has made her payment and her order is being shipped within the next 5 business days.
