results.  Regardless if you were advertising on Google, Facebook or any other site online marketing takes an investment and sometimes does not always lead to a booking.  When you signup we do let you know that we expect a year commitment from our vendors so that brides have consistency on the site and also for vendors to understand that it can sometimes take some time to book weddings on the site and had you sign a year contract.  I see that our customer support team has already cancelled your contract which we normally charge $150 cancellation and waived that fee.  We have also refunded back your most recent charge of $44.99 on your account. In reviewing your account I see that you were in contact with brides and one of them sent you their email and phone number.  Hopefully they ended up booking you. I am going to go above and beyond and refund back the charges to your account and all the money you spent on the platform.  I hope you understand that wedding.com spends thousands of dollars a day advertising to brides in order to bring you bookings.  Unfortunately we can not force the brides to book your service.  Sincerely, Brett ReynoldsCEO Wedding.com[redacted]

This website is a scam for the vendors. The vendors are made to pay a monthly membership fee for credits in order to contact potential customers. If a customer reads the message you send them the credit is spent, if they don't read it you get the credit back. Over 95% of the credits I have used to contact customers have been given back, but I am still accruing new credits, still paying monthly, but have not made any contacts that have led to one single sale. If you are a vendor do not sign up for this. It is absolutely a scam - they get your money you get absolutely nothing.

I signed up for Wedding.com in November. I have sent about 18 personalized messages to brides to be and have gotten no response. I am moving to another country (due to my husbands work) and am trying to cancel my 12 month membership which I am not happy with the services and they will not let me. I understand I signed a contract to pay for 12 months but I am not happy with their service. I feel our company has a great profile and has follow all the recommendations and we haven't had any bride even call us.
I am extremely disappointed with Wedding.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that although we do not agree 100% with their answer this resolution of contract cancellation without any related cancellation fees or continuing monthly fees would be satisfactory to me.I have also received an email form the company stating they would refund my last months fee also, I am awaiting this to happen.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We have refunded back your account in full.  I am sorry you were not happy with your experience.  We work hard to make sure all of our customers are happy.

Review: Website says it has a guarantee of work from leads. What it is does not tell you is that the consumer has to pay to contact you. I asked to cancel and no where does it state you have to be billed for 12 months and can't cancel. This is a serious breach of viable services. The leads aren't even real people. This is a scam site.Desired Settlement: I would like my membership cancelled and all money returned.
